If I’m being accused of enjoying the freebies I picked up at The Jail event, guilty as charged! I know I know, I already did a post about the event, and the fact that they’re having an anniversary. I just couldn’t help sharing a few more of the fantastic gifts. I really like this little black dress by Simply Saddii, and not just because it’s free at The Jail event. I like the style of the dress, and I feel like it has just the right amount of whimsy without being too juvenile for my taste. Immortuos 

The chest tattoo I’m wearing is the free Jail event gift by Immortuos. It reads “guilty” and I find it dark, a little bit cheeky, and really well done. It also comes in “irritation” levels which gives it some added detail that most lettering tattoos. The irritation shows as the redness around a freshly inked tattoo or perhaps skin irritation around the letters for some other reason.

Dark Love

The Forgotten Morrigan

Ghosts, goblins, mythical monsters, and the souls of the deceased are all said to come through to this plane of existence as the so called Veil thins. This group gift pose by IDK Poses inspired me to imagine other such entities that might cross over into our world during this mythically magical time. I also picked up one of several inexpensive finds on the ChicModa Spooktacular Hunt to help me bring this look to life. Keep reading for all the details about. Guilty Pleasures

Hello Fab Free! If you’ve ever seen the movie Ocean’s Eleven you’re familiar with Brad Pitt’s character in the film and the fact that he always had snacks. I find that very relatable. lol Thankfully Second Life makes it so easy to be indulgent. Today I got to indulge my fondness for food, and fashion.

Le Poppycock

This delicious looking pink drink and the corresponding bento pose are one of the many gachas from the “Guilty Pleasures” gacha set by Le Poppycock currently featured at The Pose Fair. These gacha poses are all various sweets and savory treats that I couldn’t resist spending a few lindens on. This Le Poppycock gacha is just 69 lindens per play, and since they are transferrable you can trade them. The Pose Fair is open until September 28th. Afrotay

Now for the fashion! This cute red dress is a free group gift by Afrotay. I couldn’t resist the stylized snake graphic. I think it’s so interesting and unique. I also really like the way the shoulder straps come together in the back, and I am wishing I’d taken a photo of it to share with you. Caticorn Cuteness

Hellooo there Fab Free! Does anyone else sometimes dress to fit their mood? I find a lot of the time my outfit is an almost direct reflection of how I am feeling or what I want to project. That said, these caticorns from Reed definitely suit my silly playful mood. Together the pose and the outfit are such a fun vibe. My playful pose is a group gift by Hazeel at the Pose Fair. I love it when I find free gifts that play well together!

Sunday Market

Hello hello Fab Free’rs. Something occurred to me today. In my teens I might have worn this look to a party… now I still love the look, but I wore it to the farmer’s market. I think my age might be showing a little bit. lol Either way, I’m enjoying my Sunday and looking super cute doing so. I picked up just about everything for this fun style for free at the current round of ACCESS. It’s a birthday/anniversary round for the event and I have to say it’s the biggest round of ACCESS I have ever seen.

Aline did a gorgeous job of showing off some of the free ACCESS gifts as well in her recent pose “A Little Bit Boujee” so be sure to check that out if you haven’t already. As she mentions, ACCESS runs from now until July 8th, and the ACCESS group is free to join so there’s time if the sims are full. There’s the main sim and a cam sim open. Now I have a lot to share with you, so let’s get to it!

Volthair

So technically this is a mens hairstyle from Volthair, but I love it anyway. Even Blue said it looked good, score! It comes in a full fatpack with all the color huds, and a hairbase hud for Catwa and Omega compatible heads. The Fitz hairstyle by Volthair is free at ACCESS. To get your copy you’ll need to join the free-to-join ACCESS event group and wear the tag when you click the little teal giftbox.

Fake Society

I feel like this safety pin jewelry set by Fake Society is an updated much cooler version of the plain ol’ safety pins I once wore as jewelry. The set is also free at ACCESS, and it includes earrings (shown) and a septum piercing (not shown) in silver, gold, and black. I would definitely consider this set unisex. The septum piercing I felt was a bit big for my face even with some resizing, which is the only reason I chose to not wear it.

Kibitz

Another throwback jewelry piece that I love, stretchy black chokers. This one is the free ACCESS gift by Kibitz. I think the little heart locket is a cute addition. This free choker can be sized via touch menu.

Cult

All the rings I am wearing are part of the free ACCESS gift by Cult. They are called the Rou rings and they are sized for Belleza, Slink, Vista, and Maitreya hands. This bento set comes in silver, and gold.

Movement

I couldn’t resist this fun tumbler drink by Movement. I love the little horns on the lid, and purple is a favorite color of mine. This cup has a bento hold pose, and can be sized via touch menu. It’s also another awesome freebie at ACCESS.

Sixx

Finally, the top that ties this all together is the free ACCESS gift by Sixx. This black pushed up crop top with the iridescent looking alien face is super cute. It is also somewhat revealing if you don’t wear something under it. I dug through my closet and pulled out an undershirt by Vinyl to wear with my Sixx alien shirt, and it worked out pretty well I think. Otherwise, be bold and show some skin!

The Day After Easter

Let’s be honest, for a lot of us, this is the reality of the day after Easter. I’ll have to make room in my refrigerator for this giant chocolate bunny because it will take me at least a month to eat it. Welcome back to the blog Fab Free’rs, as always I’m happy you’re here. I don’t know about you, but I needed a little giggle, and some chocolate to go along with my freebie fix today.

The Scent Takes Me Back

A big part of nostalgia for me occurs with certain smells. The scent of a specific incense, or a certain soap, even flowers can trigger memories. I love that. Generally the memories are always pleasant ones. My nostalgic smells aside, I do have some fabulous group gifts to share with you, so let’s get to it.

This cute blue jean dress does have a bit of nostalgia for me in that it reminds me of that time in the early ’90s when Guess jeans were all the rage, and denim everything was in style. I know you can not see beaded the earrings I have on super well in this photo. My apologies for that, they seem to blend in with the background. Lakeside Afternoon

Hello hello Fab Free’rs! Love and I were able to get together and share some pixel space. It was nice to take a minute to chitchat, and do some catching up. If this is your first time fishing, I suggest getting a “casual” fishing rod. You can purchase a casual rod at the 7Seas fishing kiosk near the Sn@tch entrance. There are other rod options, but I only use a casual rod. The casual rod will cost you a one time purchase price of 100 linden. Once you have your rod you can use it forever to fish at any participating 7Seas Fishing area. Now you’re ready to go fish for this outfit!

Tis The Season to be Silly

Hey there Fab Free’rs! I have to admit, it’s unusual for me to be this level of festive before December 1st, but I just couldn’t resist.
