When the gacha ban came into effect just over a year ago, I was pretty bummed. I loved playing the machines and getting fun prizes. I understand that I played with considerable restraint (1 or 2 pulls per machine for the most part), and for some it became a bit of a problem. So, I get it. But… I missed that fun. I’m glad that The Arcade found a way to continue that fun while making the process a bit more transparent. To play these machines, just attach the HUD and connect to any machine at the event, and you’ll see which items are up for grab next, so you can decide if it’s for you or not. EvoShop – the HUD shopping experience – are celebrating their anniversary! To do so, they’ve got every single item on their weekend sales HUD priced at just 1L. There’s some really cute stuff on there, so it was fun to peruse and choose what to grab. I settled on this top and skirt by LoveLace Designs (they can be worn separately and come with several colour options in the HUD), then I just had to have the fun neon “yummm…” light by Avenir to don the wall behind me. Well, the world is hot right now. It’s getting more than a little toasty out there, don’t you think? I’m eyeing my friends in family (and readers!) in Europe with some concern, so I hope that you’re all managing to stay as cool as you can in the circumstances. I’ve got a few virtual stay cool tips today, so though it may not help with the RL situation, at least you can chill inworld.

I will say it ’til the cows come home, but Alaskametro really is one of my absolute faves. The makeup! The clothing! The nail polish! Everything is consistently perfection, and I won’t ever tire of repeating it. There’s been an update to the lucky chairs this past week, and you’ll find plenty of really cute outfits, accessories, skins and makeup to put together some great looks. Since it’s so hot, I’ve got a rather skimpy look going on, with the Belladonna lingerie as my top/underpinnings (with appliers for Maitreya and Omega, and BOM layers), plus the Eve shorts to give me a bit of coverage. If you head over to the Seniha outpost, right outside you’ll find this awesome dress (a full fatpack too!) for just 25L. You can change the panels to all sorts of different colours and patterns.
