Sometimes I am pretty certain I enjoy the fantasy version of cold weather much more than the reality of cold weather. As a southern girl I find I am just not cut out for all that a white winter entails. Virtual winter however is an entirely different story. Hello Fab Free, how are ya? I’m doing good all things considered. I sincerely hope you are as well. Guess what?! A new round of Uber started today and there are gifts! I love Cae jewelry collections. They are always detailed, include lots of color choices for metals and gems, and are sized via the same hud. This full jewelry set is available at Uber.  Honestly, I think the bracelet is the prettiest piece in the set and it is the free event gift.

Tram 

I love this hairstyle from Tram. It’s the cutest messy bob. The add-on bangs are free at Uber. They come with a full fatpack hud, and a customization hud for extra tenting and 5 style choices. You know what that means? You can add these wispy bangs to other Tram hairstyles you own and they will match perfectly. I’m wearing the bang style 3 from the hud by the way.

ViSion

Alright, this one might be short lived, so do not wait on it! ViSion has a board at their store that grants group members 350 linden in store credit. The ViSion group has a join fee of 18 linden. That’s not a typo, it really is just 18 linden. I picked up this very cute though daringly-low cut sweater for 250 linden using my store credit and have a little left over for future purchases. It comes in a solid color and a patterned version.

Sunday Market

Hello hello Fab Free’rs. Something occurred to me today. In my teens I might have worn this look to a party… now I still love the look, but I wore it to the farmer’s market. I think my age might be showing a little bit. lol Either way, I’m enjoying my Sunday and looking super cute doing so. I picked up just about everything for this fun style for free at the current round of ACCESS. It’s a birthday/anniversary round for the event and I have to say it’s the biggest round of ACCESS I have ever seen.

Aline did a gorgeous job of showing off some of the free ACCESS gifts as well in her recent pose “A Little Bit Boujee” so be sure to check that out if you haven’t already. As she mentions, ACCESS runs from now until July 8th, and the ACCESS group is free to join so there’s time if the sims are full. There’s the main sim and a cam sim open. Now I have a lot to share with you, so let’s get to it!

Volthair

So technically this is a mens hairstyle from Volthair, but I love it anyway. Even Blue said it looked good, score! It comes in a full fatpack with all the color huds, and a hairbase hud for Catwa and Omega compatible heads. The Fitz hairstyle by Volthair is free at ACCESS. To get your copy you’ll need to join the free-to-join ACCESS event group and wear the tag when you click the little teal giftbox.

Fake Society

I feel like this safety pin jewelry set by Fake Society is an updated much cooler version of the plain ol’ safety pins I once wore as jewelry. The set is also free at ACCESS, and it includes earrings (shown) and a septum piercing (not shown) in silver, gold, and black. I would definitely consider this set unisex. The septum piercing I felt was a bit big for my face even with some resizing, which is the only reason I chose to not wear it.

Kibitz

Another throwback jewelry piece that I love, stretchy black chokers. This one is the free ACCESS gift by Kibitz. I think the little heart locket is a cute addition. This free choker can be sized via touch menu.

Cult

All the rings I am wearing are part of the free ACCESS gift by Cult. They are called the Rou rings and they are sized for Belleza, Slink, Vista, and Maitreya hands. This bento set comes in silver, and gold.

Movement

I couldn’t resist this fun tumbler drink by Movement. I love the little horns on the lid, and purple is a favorite color of mine. This cup has a bento hold pose, and can be sized via touch menu. It’s also another awesome freebie at ACCESS.

Sixx

Finally, the top that ties this all together is the free ACCESS gift by Sixx. This black pushed up crop top with the iridescent looking alien face is super cute. It is also somewhat revealing if you don’t wear something under it. I dug through my closet and pulled out an undershirt by Vinyl to wear with my Sixx alien shirt, and it worked out pretty well I think. Otherwise, be bold and show some skin!

Conversations with Herman

Dogs really can be the best listeners, just look at how well Herman is paying attention! This sweet little pug pup was a surprise gift from my beau Blue. He knows how much I love fur babies, and these little pugs are irresistibly cute.

Herman (I named him after Herman Munster) comes from the JIAN Love Pugs gacha, which is currently just 25 lindens per play. There are 16 commons in this gacha set, and 3 rares. Like all gachas these Love Pugs at JIAN are transferrable, so you can gift them or trade them. I can’t think of a better gift then this furry little guy!

Before I settled down to chat with Herman, I did a little more hunting on the Women Only Hunt 6. There are so many good prizes to be had! Hi There Fab Free’rs! I don’t know about you, but now and then I could use some fantasy and whimsy in my life, especially when Second Life makes it so easy. The above photo was completely inspired by the Women’s Stuff Hunt prize at Ohemo. The floral jewelry set is their free Women’s Stuff Hunt gift, and I’m super excited to share it with you. Hey There Fab Free’rs! As always, welcome back to the blog. Today I’ve got a few free group gifts to share with you that I know you’ll love. Anyone who says you can have too many shoes in Second Life is delusional if you ask me. Lately I’ve been really into stylish casual shoes. Hello Fab Free’rs! I found some hot freebies waiting at the Sense event and I’m super excited to share them with you. Both the dress and the necklace are free group gifts by Alter at the Sense event. I can’t say for certain if the two were made to go together or it’s just a happy coincidence. Either way, I think they make an awesome pair. Hello Fab Free’rs! I feel like I can almost taste the weekend inching nearer, I’m ready. This look is a definite weekend night out look, and it’s all thanks to free group gifts from Beautiful Dirty Rich, and Canimal. Hi hi Fab Free’rs! I’ve been fishing! Of course I mean 7Seas Fishing at Sn@tch. Their current “Fish 4 This” outfit was just too cute to pass up. Not to mention the fact that you can score a full head to toe look with different color choices for several of the pieces. Also, there are options that make this look suitable for Classic avatars. The following blurb is a quick “how-to” for those new to 7Seas Fishing. I’ve posted it before, but figured I’d post it again just incase someone needed the information. If you’ve already figured the fishing thing out, just skip that part.

How to go 7Seas Fishing

If this is your first time fishing, I suggest getting a “casual” fishing rod. You can purchase a casual rod at the 7Seas fishing kiosk near the Sn@tch entrance. There are other rod options, but I only use a casual rod. The casual rod will cost you a one time purchase price of 100 linden. Once you have your rod you can use it forever to fish at any participating 7Seas Fishing area. Now you’re ready to go fish for this outfit!
