Yo!  I got a mix of free gifts to show you guys today, and even got a little make over in the process, so let’s start there!

Make Me Over

*** I typed this post 3 days ago and metaHumano was free, and there was a male and female skin available as a group gift.  They’ve since moved, and put out more skin gifts, but also created a VIP group which is 300L to join.  The SLURLS are updated as is the cost in the credits.   Apologies. ***

MetaHumano was a new to me skin store I learned about over the holidays when Lelutka did their 12 days of Christmas gifting event.  I’ve been in the group ever since, but admittedly hadn’t tried their group gift skin until now.  Crazy old me, cuz this skin is fantastic.  The Pablo skin has some Hispanic flair, as does the facial hair I’m wearing that’s included with the gift, but as you can see, I could also be very Roman, just look at that nose 😉   MetaHumano is free to join and they make female skin as well, and there’s a group gift available for each body type right now.

I didn’t stop there, though.  I was helping someone in chat find some free hairbases and came across the motherload, and some of them can be used with female bodies also.  Head over to Eaglelux, and join the group for free and pick them up.  There’s also a really cool shaved base that would look great for both sexes!  This one I’m wearing today is the Tristan hairbase, a great short look.

Dress Me Up

We’ve talked a bit about KiKiKaiKai and how generous they are, and we weren’t kiddin’!  If you guys head over to the Alpha event, you’ll find these awesome double layered denim pants in the KiKiKaiKai booth, in 6 different colors and they’re all free!  (They could be 1L, or 1L refunded but it won’t let me buy them again to double check).  They come in black with white, black on white, black on black and black on various shades of denim.  They’re all sized for:

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaand, I finally picked up some tattoos!  Someone mentioned Vezzo tattoos, and Beachy went over and found a ton and she sent me as well.  I joined the group for free and loaded up.  Man, if it was only this easy to change tats IRL, huh?  The Skulls tattoo comes in BOM (50%, 75% and 100%) and appliers for Omega, Belleza and Maitreya.  There’s gifts that both male and female bodies will like.  Once you join the group make sure you hit the 3 Midnight Madness boards there too 😉

Oh, hey.  Caught me in my skivvies.  Although to be fair, who needs to wear clothes at all when they’re solo camping on the beach?

I picked up a couple of gifts that inspired this trip, because everyone needs some time away from the world to stare at the moon and stars, listen to the waves and recharge.

Here’s the pitch

Go get this tent. 😉  This is one of the best gifts I’ve found on the grid, and it doesn’t even take a group space to get it.  This is the Miraya Tent from not so bad and it’s a free subscriber gift!  When you land, walk straight ahead into the ‘Fashion’ building and at the front desk is a subscriber to join, in return, they’ll send you this free tent!  The tent comes with the bed and lanterns and decor and even a color hud to change the color/texture of the sheets/throw/pillows.  It has a few single sleep poses inside too.  As with most subscribers, if you’re already on the list, you need to unsubscribe and resubscribe and then the gift will deliver 😉

Comfort Clothes

Beach camping is different from camping in the woods, in that I don’t need boots or cargo pants stuffed with knives and things.  I just need comfortable clothes and quiet.  That’s why you caught me in my skivvies. 😉   I picked these up over at <Kalback> a group I’ve been in forever.  They have this great set of boxers in a full fatpack of colors for you fellas.  The group is free to join, so these are free to bring home!  Sized for:

Well Fabbies, it’s that time again, time for one of the most fun and awesome free hunts on the grid, The Second Life Syndicate Scoop-N-Score Hunt!

I used the formal name, of course, because I have moments of refinement, but get me around the chatters in-world, and it’s affectionately known as The Poop Hunt!  (or the Scoop the Poop Hunt, or any variation you can come up with yourself. lol)

This hunt features loads of 💩 you can scoop right into your inventory and each one has a free prize.  I scooped a lot of 💩 and came home loaded!  You can even buy golden scoopers on the poster for 0L when you land.  These are just a few things I brought home:

So many different stores are in this hunt, so the prizes are a mix of cyber stuffs, clothing, cosplay, steampunk, darkness, furniture, glamour – just a whole mix of things!  There’s some prizes for both male and female bodies too.  I tried to put together a cyber look, because my 2 favorite things in this hunt are the face implants and the body shines 😉  Of course, my recharging pose covered the face implants somewhat, so you’ll have to go scoop them yourselves.

Each store that’s participating in the hunt may also have some sale items for you in their store.  You can access the website HERE which will tell you which stores are participating, and how many hunt items they have and if there’s a sale in their store.

Just head down into the sewer, and look for the 💩.  Buy each one for 0L.  Use your tricks if you have them, as the sewers are long and winding and you’ll easily get lost.  There’s some rest areas, and apparently this year, some escape hatches to take you back to the landing spot.  The Scoop-N-Score Hunt is open from May 1-May 31st.

I still haven’t decided what my overall ‘look’ is gonna be in SL, despite me being years old.  Beachy helps me find all these free gifts, and I go from looking like a sporty dude to a role play guy to a nerd, and today, I’m surely a tough guy right? lol  Anyway, normal is boring, so why not change it up?

Gifts Galore

I found myself over at Jeys, and wow the free gifts there are many!  I sent every guy I know over there to pick them up, hopefully I’ll run into a bunch of you wearing them.   I chose to show you the DOMENTOR2-/I outfit today.  All their gifts are named the same with just letters at the end, but there are pictures in the folders to help.  The DOMENTOR2-/I outfit has everything included, the leather jacket, jeans, boots (and a mesh vest, not shown, because I couldn’t use alpha with it).

The reason I needed an alpha for this outfit, is that it’s only rigged for the male Legacy body.  That being said, I was able to use my Belleza alpha hud just fine to wear the rest of the outfit, same with the other gifts too.

There’s a few free men’s jewelry gifts there too, I’m wearing the DOMENTOR2-N necklace in black.  Unrigged and moveable.  Comes in multiple colors to choose from.

‘Sup guys!  Look at me swinging back through so quick with another post for us guys!  Well, when I went to [Elementtare] to blog their group gifts, I noticed there were some ‘other’ ‘extra’ free gifts in the sales square, under another group.  I was planning on blogging those this upcoming weekend, but then I saw a notice those gifts had changed (already) what?  So I ran over and got the new free gifts, and I figure I’d better show them to you in a hurry so you can get them, in case they change again 😉

What are you on about?

Oh, I haven’t made myself clear I don’t think, normal for me 😉  [Elementtare] shares space with 3 other stores, [Mazzaro], [Duk] and Sturnsh.  They have a group named DMSE that I think they’ll be using to advertise and promote their products?  So that group has some limited time free group gifts in the sales square in this space! Each store generously provides a gift, and I got one from each store weekend before last, and now I’m here to show you the ones I got this past weekend.   I don’t know if there will be more gifts, but we can always hope 😉

Today I’m wearing the gift from [Mazzaro].  The Diogo Hoodie and shorts are both fatpacks of sportswear I was able to pick up for free, and they’re so very nice.  There’s about 8 different colors in the hud and they come sized for:

You Don’t Know How It Feels

Well I guess I get the whole weekend off this weekend, because Beachy wanted to do a post tomorrow for 420, and Beachy always wins.  Sigh, story of my life.

Get to the point

I came across a whole bunch of gifts, and one of them I even saved for Beachy.  I stopped into [Elementtare] and saw a big group of gifts next to the desk in the store, and then I saw the group was free – fantastic.  I came away with a lot of gifts, two I’m showing you today.

Let’s roll

First, my free coat.  While it’s warm here, I know a lot of people are still getting cold fronts and cold nights, and lest us not forget our friends on the other side of the world, where it’s closing in on winter.  The Almyr Coat is a group gift from [Elementtare] and it comes with a nice color hud to change the shirt color (3 choices) and the coat color (5 choices).  I thought the white coat looked super-fly 😉   It comes rigged in these sizes:

‘Sup peeps!  I’m feeling pretty comfortable in this blogging gig, I got 2 posts behind me and I think I’m a natural 😉  I’m sure Beachy will have some kind of critique for me but I can roll my eyes just as well as she can.

She sent me over to the MIIX Event to pick up the mens’ gifts, and there are a decent amount.  You need to join the free HYPE Events group to pick up the gifts.  I’m wearing 2 of them in today’s post:

Looks like Beachy kind of enjoys having Saturdays off (must be she’s busy shopping sales) so here I am, back to show you some more male gifts that are around on the grid!

A partner store to Gabriel, and seemingly just as generous, Kiki KaiKai has been tossing out gifts across the grid recently.  They currently have one at Neo Japan event, but today, I’m showing you some of what they have available at the store for free.  My entire outfit, for one.

The Kitou outfit is an all-in-one outfit, because yanno, us guys like it simple 😉  This masculine strapped shirt, these well-fitting pants (with boots built in) and the sleeveless trench coat, all together, I got dressed with just one click.  It even comes with a severed arm/arm cuffs, but in the interest of holding this cane, I left that in the folder.  The JP glasses that I’m wearing are another free gift they offer.  They come in different versions, with the straps having different graphics.

The best part is these gifts are completely free and you don’t even need to join a group to get them.  Just TP over to Kiki KaiKai and buy them in the lobby for 0L.

The other gift I wanted to show you guys today is this Toyo Cane.  It comes with three different hold poses, from suave to menacing 😉  It’s a free gift from BONDI for the L’Homme Magazine Readers’ group.  The group is free to join, and each time the magazine releases quarterly, many of the stores featured in the magazine have a gift.  The cane was a gift for the February edition of the magazine.  You can find the list of stores with gifts in the magazine itself, which I’ll share with you HERE.  You have to TP to each store to pick up the gift, while wearing the free L’Homme tag.

Valentines Snapshot

Hey FabFree! With all the events and Hops and shops and hunts going on, I decided to send some of my “associates” out to gather up some of the goodies. So today, ya’ll get Alistar showing off a couple of the free gifts from the Valentines Day Shop & Hop.

This is the ‘Aito’ short sleeved hoodie from GothiCatz. You’ll get the black and a sort of red/pink heather color tops each with the anatomical heart on them. Perfect for guys to have hearts for Valentines but still look ‘not girly’. 😉

Next from the Shop & Hop is the cute heart pose from DPSP poses. While this is labeled the “male” pose heart it could easily be unisex. The female pose comes in an identical heart prop but she’s posed in the center. It would be easy to move the hearts together if you wanted two Avis pose on the “same” prop for a really cute couple’s picture. Both hearts are, of course, free to everyone.

Alistar’s new hair style is also a free gift but not from the Shop & Hop. He’s wearing the ‘Neil’ style from Vango and you can pick it up as a free past Group gift.
