Hello There Fab Free’rs! I’m back as promised with more goodies from The Hipster Fair. Just a quick reminder, The Hipster Fair ends March 3rd. The event is on the larger side, so you may want to take more than one trip. Also, there are male gifts and some unisex gifts, not just gifts for the ladies. Sometimes I can’t believe how fast those weekends zip by. It almost always seems that I blink and somehow teleported myself into another Monday. Hmm…I hope that isn’t some sort of hidden superpower manifesting itself but thankfully though I managed to make last weekend fruitful but getting into some hunts I’ve been meaning to do. Ever since I saw Pru’s post {HERE} about a pair of lovely and free boots from Perch, completing the Women Only Hunt 2 quickly made it’s way up to the top of my bucket list. This free hunt runs until the 24th of this month and there is a nifty hunt hud that you can pick up at the organizer’s main office which makes teleporting from store to store and getting hunt hints a breeze. Since I’m behind (what else is new yeah?) and am going to try my hand at doing a few hunts at once this really came in handy!
Back to knitwear.
In these chilly months, I’ve really come to miss my T-Shirts with their quirky quotes so opening up the hunt prize from American Bazaar and finding this oversized knit sweater was really a pleasant surprise. Not only is this comfy find well made and textured, I was also tickled by the caption on the front. Netflix Nutella and Naps…it’s good to have plans for next weekend don’t you think? This oversized sweater comes in five standard mesh sizing (XS-XL) with a good alpha layer to keep things nice and fitted. Just hunt out the snowflake at American Bazaar and this cozy addition to your wardrobe can be yours for free.
The thing about leggings…
Is that I can’t seem to get enough of them this season, especially the ones with the pretty prints and eye-catching colors. It’s a good thing then that the Women Only Hunt prize at Boutique #187 yielded up the Xmas knit beige leggings. Not only will these keep me warm while out on a jaunt on a snowy sim, the festive prints, and vivid colors certainly put me in a jolly mood. The Xmas leggings come in a system pants layer for those with a classic body and also a great hud that incorporates appliers for Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink mesh bodies as well as mesh bodies compatible with the Omega system. It’s a great space saver where inventory is concerned so hunt out that snowflake and get your leggings for free.
Who does your hair again?
In this post {HERE} I mentioned two new group gifts from the Truth VIP group and pictured is the second style. While I don’t own a great many short hairstyles, I fell in love with the Irenka hairdo straightaway thanks to it’s casual, wavy style. That tousled look is perfectly paired up with the beanie and not only will you get a hud to play around with beanie customization you’ll also get the option for added bangs. As with the Irena hairstyle, the Irenka hairdo comes in a fatpack of colors too. The Truth VIP group has a one time fee of 350L but we’ve gotten 3 hairstyles so far so it’s a great deal.

Two of my favorite skin stores are participating in the Women Only Hunt 2 and one of those is WoW Skins. While hunting I noticed that they had their December group gift out and I immediately picked it up as well. I’ve always adored the glossiness of the skins from this merchant and December’s group gift, Janette, didn’t disappoint. The subtle blush on the skin is so very pretty and really brings to mind how flushed skin looks when you’ve been out in the chill. December’s group gift consists of the Janette classic skin in Tan with cleavage/no cleavage options as well as Catwa and Omega appliers. The Janette group gift is free to current members and it’s 450L to join. If you do decide to make the investment, past gifts will also be available to you as well as Lucky Letter and Midnight Mania boards.

As soon as I saw that Mesange was participating in the Women Only Hunt 2 I thought, well there goes my decision to stick to one eye color. I’ve really enjoyed wearing the expressive eyes from this merchant and their Women Only Hunt 2 prize is no different. The aptly named Ice Dream Eyes fits in perfectly for this snowy season and if you’re into role playing as supernatural creatures these frosty pair of eyes are something that you could wear all year round. The best thing about this hunt prize, aside from being free of course, is the fact that you’ll get not one but three different dreamy eye colors. Pictured are the blue pair but there are green and gray as well. In the prize package, you’ll receive for all three colors, system eyes, mesh eyes and a hud for the Genesis mesh head as well as the Omega hud for mesh heads compatible with that system.

Hi There Fab Free’rs! I can just feel Christmas inching closer, and I’m starting to get excited. I hope you are also! For this post what started with a sexy coat quickly turned into a sexy Santa. lol I call her “Santa Baby”. While the sex does almost ooze from this look, I do think it can be toned down a little with some jeans and a cute top under the coat. Either way, it’s a lot of fun, especially for the holidays. Now I’ll get to telling you all about the Fab finds that made this Santa Baby look possible!
Eternity Santa Hat
Starting with the hat, this one I found on the Marketplace for just 10 lindens. The Santa hat is by Eternity, and no holiday Santa outfit would be complete without a hat like this. This particular hat has resize scripts so it will easily fit male and female avatars. I tilted mine some to better suit all Pru’s fluffy hair!
Indented Holiday Gift
The best part of this look is the jacket in my opinion. This jacket is the FREE holiday gift at Indented. You’ll find it sitting under the Christmas Tree just inside the entrance of the Indented main location. This FREE group gift includes the jacket in unique sizes for specific body types. It also comes in several colors including the red color shown, green, black, and brown. The Indented group is FREE to join. Once you’ve got your Indented tag, you can purchase the gift under the Christmas Tree for zero linden.
AVICANDY Santa’s Woolly Socks
These cute holiday themed applier socks are another Marketplace buy. They are from a shop called AVICANDY which is known for fun socks and stockings among other things. This specific pair of socks is 49 lindens on the market place and has appliers for Maitreya, Slink, Belleza, and Omega compatible bodies. Additionally there are classic system layers for non-mesh avatars.
Perch Boots
These cute boots by Perch are their contribution to the Women Only Hunt 2. The WOH2 hunt is a FREE hunt, and you’ll be searching for a snowflake. These cute boots come with a color change HUD that allows you to choose between 4 neutral colors. They can also be resized via a touch menu. These boots from Perch are not built for specific feet, and include an alpha layer so that classic avatars can wear them as well as mesh avatars. I did need to re-position them some to sit right with my Maitreya Lara body.

My post today is ALL about The Breakfast at Tiffany’s Hunt! This hunt is based on the classic movie Breakfast at Tiffany’s starring Audrey Hepburn. It’s one of those movies that stands the test of time and did it with fashionable flair. I won’t give away to many details of the movie, in this post, just in case you want to watch it. The link I am providing, for The Breakfast at Tiffany’s Hunt, will take you to the page that will give you photos of the hunt items from each creator, SLURLS and hints. The hunt consists of clothing and home decor items…which I will feature today. ALL items in the hunt are FREE.
In the first shot I am showing the fabulous outfit from Brii Underground Wear (#5 on the hunt list) and it includes the jacket, pencil skirt, glasses (not worn), makeup (not worn), peeptoe shoes (not worn) and hat. The Suitcase with Telephone is from Resplendent Rose (#9 on the hunt list) and the projector, table, extra movie reels, tub sofa, cat with no name, record player and projector screen are all part of the Audrey Cinema Set hunt gift from Arcana Antiques & Oddities (#15 on the hunt list). The cigarette holder, from Bloody Mess, is no longer available. My Zebra Peeptoe Heels, worn in all photos, are from Babydoll (#95 on the hunt list) for the Sexy and I know it Hunt. The Sexy and I know it Hunt ended on May 18th but the hunt symbol and shoes were still there when I checked earlier today!
Next we have an outfit from Vips Creations (#42 on the hunt list)…this oufit comes with the pearl necklace, bracelets for left and right wrist, pearl ring (Jewelry not worn), glasses, polkadot dress, clutch, opera gloves & heels (not worn). The Givenchy-esq Little Black Dress I am wearing, in this next photo, is the hunt item from Cog & Fluer (#30 on the hunt list)…it comes with the drop pearl necklace that I layered with the Eye Candi choker pearl necklace. The love seat, wall art piece and zebra rug are the hunt items from Potpourri Designs (#25 on the hunt list).
This fatpack of fabulous dresses are the hunt gift from blah.Blah.blah (#52 on the hunt list)…all colors are easily changed via the included HUD. There is also a black version of this dress (which I will feature in another photo) included in the package and is separate from the HUD.

Another event especially for those who love their implants has started. This event leaves nothing to the imagination, appropriately titled “Boobs, Butts, and Beyond” you can find anything and everything for all your parts! While browsing the many participating vendors, I came across a few that offered free or almost free gifts. Who doesn’t love that?! I managed to pick up a nerdishly-sexy dress from PixyStix, a cute outfit from Sugar & Cyanide, and an adorable tote from Perch. Feeling like I was on a roll, I peeked around in Little Bones, and sure enough they have a new Group Gift out as well. The gift is a cute little bob-style hair that comes with a color change HUD. First a little info on how the Hunt works. It is a bit different from your regular hunt…in the Grab The Eggs Before They Disappear Hunt you go to the link I provided and you will find instructions, photos of all the items in the hunt and HINTS on where to look for the eggs. There are several eggs in each store, containing one item, and the trick is finding the spot, via the hint given, where you might see the egg…BUT you will need to keep a keen eye on that spot because the eggs randomly appear and disappear! So you may see it one moment and then the next moment it is gone! It is a great hunt and loads of fun..with fantastic prizes to be found! Let’s get hunting!
