I am a sucker for a nicely made outfit with parts I can choose to wear or not. The Astra Outfit is this week’s 50L Weekly Limited selection from [Well Made]. There are actually three parts to it…the sweater, the skirt AND a warm fuzzy fleece jacket. I chose not to wear the jacket because it covered this amazing sweater that I think is so incredibly pretty. The HUD has many colors to mix and match to create a look that truly reflects my girl-next-door personality.

It only comes in light purple, but for 50L it is worth its weight in pixelated gold! It’s so pretty and fit Maitreya perfectly! For the photo above, I kept things simple with a ballet pose.

Hello Fabulous Readers! I am popping in with a quick post to share my latest hunt prize and a budget-friendly crop top with you. I know, I know, the leaves are changing, but I can’t bring myself to give up my summer tops just yet.

The Republican Redundancy earrings are part of the Changing of Colors Hunt 5 and feature shimmering gold accented with brown eyes and wing spots. All you’ll need to do to add them to your inventory is to locate the hunt object, an orange leaf, hidden somewhere in the shop, then pay the tiny prize fee. There are 25 stops along the hunt trail, and each item costs just one Linden dollar. You have until September 30th to do some sleuthing of your own.

Soon I will have to at least start wearing a jacket, but for now, I’m enjoying soaking up some sunshine on these early fall days as I take in the foliage. My new Bebe Mesh Crop Top from !Rebel Hope is a lovely shade of brown that is perfect for the autumn landscape hues. With its halter-style neck, soft texture, and cute laces on the side, it’s sure to please. I picked it up on the Marketplace for a reasonable 25 Linden dollars. The folder includes an alpha layer and sizes for classic avatars as well as versions for several mesh avatar body types. I stopped by the Hello Tuesday event to look around and came across the stall for Black Jack. Inside they had a variety of gachas and I fell in love with the quaint little bathroom set.
I picked up the entire set (though not quite every piece is shown in my picture… I didn’t manage to get the sink, wall mirror, or toilet into the shot). At only 50L per spin, this set is a nice addition to your home, and the bathtub includes a nice bathing animation! It is extremely low prim, with each piece coming in at only 1 to 3 prims each! You might just want the entire set for your home.

Oh, Hello Fab Free’rs! All morning I’ve been thinking it’s Monday, thank goodness I’m wrong. It’s Tuesday and one thing I enjoy about Tuesdays in Second Life is “Hello Tuesday”. Just a brief explanation for anyone unfamiliar with Hello Tuesday, it’s a weekly sales event that happens on the Cosmopolitan sim. For the entire day participating designers will set a discounted item outside their shop. Generally the discount is 50% of the usual price. Today the Hello Tuesday item at Swallow is a must-have for me.
Hello Sunglasses
These over-sized sunglasses from Swallow are just 50 lindens for today only as part of Hello Tuesday. In the package along with the mesh glasses you’ll get a color/texture change hud that will let you pick from 2 different lens colors, and 6 colors for the frames. Aside from the fact that they are super cute, and inexpensive I was so excited about these glasses because they are exactly like my favorite pair irl right down to the unique shape of the arm. You don’t need to join a group, just head out to this Swallow location and pick these sunnies up for 50 lindens while you can!
Free Group Gift
Next up, the jeweled septum piercing Pru has in is a FREE May group gift from Mons. The gift comes in 3 metals, silver, gold, and rose gold. Each version has the same amethyst colored teardrop gem. The piercing can also be manually sized. You will need to join the Mons in world group, however it’s FREE to join at this time.

Lastly, I did 3 photos in this post not only to show off a few of the color options available with the sunglasses, but because I wanted to use all 3 poses in a glasses pose pack from Stop Time. Each pose is included in the Stop Time “posing with glasses” pack I found on the Marketplace for just 40 lindens. I also used the built in hand poses for the Maitreya Lara bento hands (included in the most recent body update) to further pose Pru’s fingers. The pose pack includes each individual animation and a matching pose-ball.

Let’s Talk About Love
You know… I’m a sucker for stuff with my name on it and when Carson saw the new group gift at Earthworx, he knew I had to have it. Just in time for Valentine’s Day, Earthworx has put out a lovely decorative Floor Shelf with a potted glitter heart that comes in at just 6 prims. The funny part was… after it was all set up, I noticed it had 3 couples dance animations in it! The pose we are in is from one of the three animations. What a sweet bonus 🙂 This group is 25L to join.
Hello FabFree! I know I say this at the beginning of each month, but it’s totally my favourite time in Second Life with so many designers putting out new group gifts at the beginning of the month. I have a ball running from shop to shop like it’s Christmas Day picking up presents lol.
