Yesterday I was feeling a bit frisky, and today I’m searching for some zen.  There’s nothing quite like showing off every facet of my personality here on the FabFree blog – I love going from dark and dangerous to magical and light all in the span of 24 hours.  And sometimes… in even less time!

Feeling Pretty

It may be Tuesday, but that doesn’t mean I can’t dress up!  Any Tuesday is a good day for a gown in SL, and also for a celebration.  Which really should be our daily mantra for RL too, I think.  Not that I prance around in gowns all the time, but it’s a nice thought.  Whatever, a girl can dream!

Is that what WIP stands for, in the context of the WIP Event? I’m not really sure. Probably not, but that’s what WIP means to me so we’re going with it. Not super fitting though, since this look is about as polished as you can get.

A new round of WIP has opened and there is a free gift to be had. Just head up the stairs from the landing point (unless my slurl takes you there directly, that would be pretty cool huh) and you’ll see a vendor image of this lovely gown. There’s a sign just below to join the subscribo and once you do that the gift will be delivered to you. Pro tip, you have to click the bottom portion of the sign to join. Don’t stand there clicking away at the middle, tp out and back in again, and even relog because nothing is happening. Just click the bottom part of the sign. Sigh. The free gift includes the pink, sparkly, sexy gown that I’m wearing, as well as the jewelry. It’s this necklace and also some great dangly earring that I swear I was wearing but it turns out that I’m not wearing them. Sigh again. Not my night. At least I’m dressed well.

Now and then I feel like dressing up with a formal flair. Today was a given once I unpacked a few gifts from Fameshed and shopped a couple of Hello Tuesday offerings. This came together so easily and I love this look.

A Little Romance

Putting together a stunning and classy look was easy today. My gown comes from Purple Moon and I am so happy to see this Poulet creating clothing again. The Octavia gown is gorgeous with its’ cut outs on the skirt and beguiling corset. For the Hello Tuesday Sale the gown is offered in this pale gold color. It is sized for Freya, Kupra, Legacy, and Maitreya.

Stylish Adornments

Kunglers always has intricately designed jewelry. Their free gift at the Fameshed Anniversary Round is a set of bracelets for each arm. The Wendy set comes with both a white/silver and a pink/gold version. They are delicate looking and can be used for many occasions. I love a good escape to a land of imagination.  Today, I’m standing out in my little courtyard, awaiting the return of my handsome (and quite valiant, might I add) prince.  Yeah yeah, it’s trite and perhaps done a million times, but hey… there’s merit to revisiting the comforts of repetitiveness, isn’t there?
