Well, How Did I Get Here?

Hello all 🙂

It’s me Lilith and let’s just all pretend that I was on my way back from a rock concert and then the love of my life broke my heart. Crying in dispair,  I drove to the meadow, walked all night and ended up crying my heart out kneeling on a rock while the sun was rising. Oh the drama! Ah and then I just thought I looked cute so I made a heart pose as a symbol of my heart being entire again and ready to be broken once more, irremediably, as I made the promise to stay wild.

Anyway, last time I was at Sillywood there was a cafe where my outfit could have looked way better, but well, once I arrived it was not what I had expected. I loved the place! And ohh that sky… I couldn’t move on and teleport away from that sky, and I just proceeded to make my photo there. 🙂

Lately there are soo many events in SL that I have no time to cover them all! but when I do, oh yes, I do it hard. I like to wear every single item I get from them and that’s why my post credits are  all red from the bottom to the top.

I stopped by MIIX event and the Blue event, both great. I ended up happy with my shopping. And here I come to show you what outfit I created with the things I got!

Those Curves, Baby

The ultra sexy dress is from Hanatsumi and it comes in this leatherish texture and 4 different sets of texture, each one in several colors, I loved this one!  This is a free gift at the MIIX event (just join their free group).

How to Make Your Monday Sunnier

I wanted, for a long time, to share the group gifts and lucky chairs from Le’La. Maybe this store is familiar to most of you, the gifts are always rotating and the creator is always adding something new. A lovely lady that I met on the group guided me thru all their gifts and promotions for the first time and since then I periodically hang out there, waiting for my letter to appear on one of the lucky chairs or lucky boards . The group is 100L to join but it’s long term worth it, you can literally wear your tag and go shopping to their Gift room.

As soon as I arrived, I got my eyes on this beautiful set, sexy, yet elegant blouse and leather skirt.  They make,  for sure, a very stylish outfit that I matched with the sandals I won at one of their lucky chairs, I was very pleased to see that everything comes in fatpacks!

The Far East

Here I am again – back in Asian garb. It’s not quite traditional but close enough for me. I’m not sure what makes me so fond of it. Maybe it’s the graceful lines, beautiful colors, or intricate needlework. The Hwa Young dress is Korean styled. There are 4 color combinations to choose from in the hud. The included alpha makes this fit perfectly! To me the dress is elegant in it’s simplicity.

Outstanding!

I’m outstanding! Out standing by my decorative tractor on the farm that is. And I may not be dressed appropriately for this winter weather but as Aline says, “I look cute.” I spent some time at the Snowbound Hunt. What an adventure! There are no hints so just search for the ornaments scattered all around the sim. There is a prize gallery available showing all of the possibilities so you can pick what you hope to find. Another tip for hunting is that each participating store has its’ own unique ornament. Keep in mind that this hunt ends on January 21st at noon.

One of the hunt prizes from EWA is this darling getup I picked up for $20L. This is hunt object # 6 – a cozy sweater with a cute little owl on the front paired with a ruffled pink skirt (it’s all one piece). There are a few nice little touches like the buckle/belt at the waist. It is sized for: LaraX, Legacy, Reborn, & Waifu.

Can’t Shake These Voices In My Head

Hello and Merry Christmas Eve Eve. Today I want to talk to you about something very important, Advent Calendars. Sure you might be thinking, “But Allison, it’s the eve of Christmas Eve, Advent Calendars are almost over, there’s really no reason to talk about them now.” Oh, but I disagree. The Advent Calendars that I have in mind are the ones that leave past gifts available. Why I’d argue that this is the perfect time to talk about them, because you can get a whole pile of advent gifts all in one go. I’ve got four calendars to discuss with you. There’s no time to lose!

One

I can’t get enough of the Advent Calendar at Yasum. It’s full of so many great and diverse things from clothes to furniture and they’re all just so nice. Case in point, these chunky boots with the fur. It’s a fatpack with a HUD of colors and customization options, and sizes for Maitreya and Legacy. The calendar at Yasum is also free and there is also no group join required. Past gifts are still available and they are all free.

My next stop is one that I look forward every year – the Advent Calendar at Wow Skins. A free skin a day from such a quality creator is pretty much a dream for me. The Advent does require a group join and it is 299L. With your group tag activated just click the calendar and select the day that you want delivered. All of the past days are still there and still free. These skins are great because it’s a BOM of the head skin and body skin all in one piece. I’m wearing Annie and, like all of the Advent gifts at Wow, you’ll get her in a multitude of skin tones, with versions for different bodies, brow options, and a shape. Everything you need all in one place, and all those past gifts to find your perfect one.

And if you’re wondering why I appear to be dancing to the music in my head, that’s thanks to Sapa. Sapa is another Advent Calendar that I look forward to. I love animations and these are fantastic. At Sapa the Advent gifts are free, no group join is required, and all past gifts are still free. These animations are perfect if you want to build an AO or just if you like posing like I do. There are bouncing ones and dancey ones and some that just kind of bop around. Go try them for yourself!

Hello and happy Tuesday. I’m here to show you one of my veeeery favorite things to buy, and this time I picked it up for free!

Yes, it’s a new skin! I dare say that I definitely skin hop more than your average SLer. I know most people pick a skin to be “them” and stick with it, but I want to wear all of the pretty skins! The one that I’m wearing today is from WoW Skins. I’m sure that I’ve mentioned this before, but one of my favorite things about WoW is that the skins come as one piece with both the body and head included. I love that! No seams or neck fixes, no falling in love with a head and then having to try to match the body or pay extra for it. Plus the bodies have really lovely, soft features. I think they’re some of my favorites. Anyway, the skin that I’m wearing today comes as a FabFree group gift. And you know what that means – it’s completely free!
