When you’re lost in an Elven forest, but at least you have a compass and rum?  That’s the predicament I find myself in today – all so I can show you some lovely free and almost free gifts I picked up!

I still haven’t decided what my overall ‘look’ is gonna be in SL, despite me being years old.  Beachy helps me find all these free gifts, and I go from looking like a sporty dude to a role play guy to a nerd, and today, I’m surely a tough guy right? lol  Anyway, normal is boring, so why not change it up?

Gifts Galore

I found myself over at Jeys, and wow the free gifts there are many!  I sent every guy I know over there to pick them up, hopefully I’ll run into a bunch of you wearing them.   I chose to show you the DOMENTOR2-/I outfit today.  All their gifts are named the same with just letters at the end, but there are pictures in the folders to help.  The DOMENTOR2-/I outfit has everything included, the leather jacket, jeans, boots (and a mesh vest, not shown, because I couldn’t use alpha with it).

The reason I needed an alpha for this outfit, is that it’s only rigged for the male Legacy body.  That being said, I was able to use my Belleza alpha hud just fine to wear the rest of the outfit, same with the other gifts too.

There’s a few free men’s jewelry gifts there too, I’m wearing the DOMENTOR2-N necklace in black.  Unrigged and moveable.  Comes in multiple colors to choose from.

You Don’t Know How It Feels

Well I guess I get the whole weekend off this weekend, because Beachy wanted to do a post tomorrow for 420, and Beachy always wins.  Sigh, story of my life.

Get to the point

I came across a whole bunch of gifts, and one of them I even saved for Beachy.  I stopped into [Elementtare] and saw a big group of gifts next to the desk in the store, and then I saw the group was free – fantastic.  I came away with a lot of gifts, two I’m showing you today.

Let’s roll

First, my free coat.  While it’s warm here, I know a lot of people are still getting cold fronts and cold nights, and lest us not forget our friends on the other side of the world, where it’s closing in on winter.  The Almyr Coat is a group gift from [Elementtare] and it comes with a nice color hud to change the shirt color (3 choices) and the coat color (5 choices).  I thought the white coat looked super-fly 😉   It comes rigged in these sizes:

Neo-Japan

The Neo-Japan event has been running for a little while already, but I nipped over to pick up these gifts by Gabriel and knew I had had had to show them off.  The jacket (so nonchalant) with matching top exists for both female and male avatars, and there is no group join required to grab it.  Just buy for 0L.  I also found this skirt in the Gabriel booth as part of another outfit – and there’s a male version with pants too.  You don’t want to wait too long, mind – Neo-Japan is only running until the 17th.

I know Aline is all buried in snow, and just itching for spring.  While it’s already hot where I am, I thought I’d show off this (older release) but new gift from UNA to help usher it in for her and all the rest of you who are still shivering.  I’m jealous, I really am.  It’s depressing that my air conditioning has been on since before the Spring Equinox!

UNA messaged us in chat and told us she’s removing 3 outfits from the mainstore, so she put them out as new gifts for us! She quickly dropped Bloom into notices on the Spring Equinox 🙂  I fell for this outfit, I adore the windblown skirt and the little flowers that climb from the skirt up my t-shirt.  This outfit comes in 3 pieces, the t-shirt, skirt and sweater in different variations (no wind/no graphics/no flowers) with a full fatpack hud!  Because this outfit is a much older release, it only comes sized for Maitreya, but if you use a similar shape body you might be able to use some alpha and get it to work!

The Bloom outfit is also in the store with the 2 other gifts, Madeline – which is a top and shorts also sized only in Maitreya, and Piper, which is a sleeveless shirt dress,  that comes sized for Maitreya, Isis and Freya. (I was able to get the Freya to work with my Maitreya X).  All 3 outfits are full fatpacks, UNA is just so generous. The group is 50L to join, there’s a whole wall of gifts, and 4 lucky boards she changes out seasonally.  Huge benefits for such a small investment!
