Happy Weekend! It’s another lazy day in RL; who knows what I’ll find in SL?? Okay, I know Valentine’s Day is past BUT this hunt gift was too nice not to let you know about it. And there are a few other goodies I picked up in my travels.

It’s a bright, sunny day. Reminds me of the song, Was a Sunny Day by Paul Simon. Its one of those songs that give you happy feet. I won’t tell you how old I really am but let’s just say it was a song of my generation. You can do the math because I hate math – it sux! I digress, I guess. Let’s get on to the goodies!

Analog Dog is offering T’aime for Wanderlust Weekend ($50L). T’aime is French for I love you and this hair will show your sentiment. The hud contains both solids and multi-colors.

Chilling

The dazzle & sparkles of the holiday season are beautiful.  All of the party clothes are gorgeous and such fun to wear. The gifts are plentiful and mostly free; you’ll definitely find something you like.

Free Houseboats!

You know what’s cooler than a free house? A free house that can stay on water. I love houseboats and I just found a whole load of free ones at The Workshop, which are all free compliments of the Stay at Home Club.

In-World Boats

The first stop you will want to go to get in on this offer is The Workshop‘s in-world store. On the wall with the Stay at Home Club sign they have three houseboats out for free: The Seabass, The Mullet (seen in the photo above), and the Blue Pearl Houseboat.

Marketplace Houseboats!

You can also grab a few houseboats by this creator for free on their marketplace store. You can get the Trout boat here, the Blue Pearl here and the Mullet boat here, which is the one I am also showcasing in my photograph.

In total, there are four houseboats in total to get for free from The Workshop between their in-world store and their marketplace.

Skip to Summer

It may just be my imagination, but we seem to be sneaking a few more beach shots than is normal for March here on the Fab Free blog.  I can honestly tell you that I am in some serious need of vitamin D.  And also warmer weather, and a possibly to not ever wear snow boots again.  I feel like these things may improve my life by quite a bit.  In the meantime, I’m finding some sunlight in SL, and keeping my fingers and toes crossed for some RL sun!

I See the Moon

So Moon has quickly become one of my favourite hair places on the grid.  They’ve got loads of gorgeous styles to choose from, and when I stopped by the other day, I noted that they have a masssiiiiiiive wall of gifts right behind the main counter.  I joined their group for 99 Lindens and got about 15 different styles that I am completely obsessed with.  My favourite one is this long undone braid that comes with little daisies you can add for whimsical purposes.  Fantastic or what!  Get over to Moon, what are you waiting for!

Go Fetch!

Cupcakes are Dope

Hello hello Fab Free’rs! I can almost feel the summer coming to an end, there are still a few good beach days left though. Personally I can’t think of a better way to spend the afternoon than listening to the waves roll in and indulging in something sweet. For my beach moment I picked up this mermaid cupcake at Boutique 187, and the swimwear at Beautiful Hustler. Both items are current group gifts. I hope you like them as much as I do!

The Cupcake – The clearly mermaid inspired cupcake Pru is holding is a recent group gift at Boutique 187.  It is super adorable all by its self, however, it also has a hold pose. This way you can carry it around and show off this delicious looking cupcake. The Boutique 187 group has a one time join fee of 187 linden.

The Swimsuit – If I were to only be able to wear one type of swimsuit for the rest of my life, the tankini would be my personal choice. It’s equal parts cute and comfortable. For Vanilla Bae Group members there is a new  gift and this round— it’s shoes! Now maybe I fall into the stereo-type, but I love shoes, I can shoe shop all day. Pencil me in

I just love a good pencil dress don’t you. Ghee is all too happy to pencil us in with their FREE group gift. It is the Jan gift so you might wanna hurry over to grab it but I will say Ghee is good about leaving heir past month gifts out so if you are reading this late still run over there I bet you can still grab it. This group does have a 250L fee, the gifts are generous tho making it a worth wild investment.

Not only are you getting a fab fit mesh pen stripped & polka dot pencil dress my adorable matching hat is included. I love hats but its so rare to find one that works well with your own hair. This one perches on your head very nicely and is too cute. An extra bonus you also get a nice pair of black slink high heal pumps that you slink feet wearer are sure to get tons of use out of.
