Cottage Dreams

It’s Sunday Funday, Fab Free!  It’s the perfect day to do some gardening, and potter about in my little English cottage.  Well, I mean…it’s probably the thing that people do who own cottages and like to garden.  I, on the other hand prefer to just sit back and admire the blooms while talking airily about how wonderful the petunias look.  If you’re like me and you like to hang out in gardens boasting about the work you did without ever really having a speck of dirt under your nails, then I’ve got the perfect deal for you!

It’s time for another round of Syndicate Sunday!  This month, Harvest Moon have put out this super adorable cottage and garden set out for only 69L!  The entire set is super adorable, and comes complete with a really bright garden, several large trees, potted plants and an extremely livable cottage that it is more than just cute.  You have the choice of just rezzing the cottage, or both the cottage and garden.  The cottage has a Land Impact of 163, whereas both cottage and garden come out to 350 Land Impact.  Rezzing it out was simple as anything, and I was well impressed with how it all looked that I was quite reticent to put it all away!  To get yours, head on over to Harvest Moon – this deal for Syndicate Sunday will only be out for the week, so don’t delay! Clip Arts Store: SR Designs – 2 Free Houses on the Midnight Mania Boards!

Good morning Fabulouses!  This is a little bit different of a blog post from me!  I wanted to share news about these awesome little houses that are available by SR Designs at The Clip Arts Store for FREE in midnight mania boards when they lock down.

I quite like the beachy Litoral SR House which is listed at 450L on marketplace, but the Tree SR, listed at 350L is quite nice too!  Both houses come furnished with animations.  I have slapped the board and can’t wait for mine to deliver tonight at midnight!  Currently they both lock down at 35, so you’ll need to get in early to participate!

A Little Old Place Where We Can Get Together

Hello There Fab Free’rs, welcome back to the blog! The Gacha Garden event has started. So needless to say I have a gorgeous bohemian furniture and décor set, complete with the house for everything to go inside to share with you. I’m not often much of a “gacha” person, but I do like gachas as a way to get beautiful furniture and décor pieces. This set is by none other than Petite Mort. I’ve always been a fan of the boho style in both clothing and furniture. This set is just 50 lindens per play at Gacha Garden. When I saw the ad above for the new group gift at Diamandis, I ran straight over to join and pick up the gift!  The group was 150L to join, but I was very pleasantly surprised to find out that I not only got the modern studio apartment with the little patio above, but also two more gorgeous skyboxes and a 50L gift card to the store!  All that for the one time join fee 🙂

Ready for Guests

Hey again Fab Free!  Unusual for me to do two posts in a day, but since it’s Syndicate Sunday, I thought I’d let you know about the deals that are going down from now until Tuesday!  Once a month, designers come together and offer something lovely for just 69 Lindens!  I did something a little different this time, and went for home and garden awesomeness!  It is Thanksgiving here in Canada, so a cozy little home where you can have a special supper is just what the doctor ordered.

I’ve put together three things to show you!  Shockingly, the beautiful cottage you see, complete with decorations, flower beds and such is just 69L over at Funky Junk.  I’m kind of in love with it.  It makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside.  You can lower the land impact by removing the flowers and other such decor if you feel like it.  The pumpkins on the front porch are by QE Designs.  There are 4 different designs to choose from that look really sweet all arranged together.  Again, only 69L!  Finally, the console table I placed inside is the offering from Newchurch. Isn’t it nice? I am totally loving the pumpkins and flowers.  You can remove items if you’d like a plainer console table as well.

Well, I know I’m ready to host some guests now!  Who’s carving the turkey?

People who know Zsa will be surprised to see her on the beach because they know she is one of those weirdoes who doesn’t like the sun, and who is more than happy to be seeing leaves fall off the trees and welcoming Autumn.  However, when she learned of this amazing free gift from Blueberry at Les Fest, she just had to show it to you.  This is very time limited gift, you need to get there quick – I believe it may be up till Sunday, but that is not definite.

The always generous Truth Hawks has treated his VIP’s to not one, but two new group gifts, which are both older styles which group members voted to be updated with the new textures.  As always, both hairs come in fatpacks.  The Truth group is 350L to join but that is around the price for one colour pack of Truth general release hair, so the join fee is nothing in comparison to the value you get.  Just a hint – if you join now, there is still the previous group gift sitting in the notices!

Zsa’s high foot flip flops are one of the many group gifts currently available at ZK – the group costs 100L to join but the number of quality gifts you get far outweighs that – definitely another fabulous value group to join.

And finally, the beach you see Zsa sitting on, and everything else visible, including the bag and phone, comes from the Bahama Beach House from Maya’s Buildings, for just 50L for the entire thing.  That isn’t a special price, all Maya’s Buildings items cost 50L, and this includes numerous fully furnished houses, some very large.   Absolutely amazing value, this shop is one of my favourite finds ever on Marketplace, and I probably own the whole shop now!

Fab Free Designer Friday – 06-15-2018 – Casanova Store

Happy Weekend Fab Free’rs! This week’s Designer Friday post is about Casanova Store. Mark the day, this one isn’t a fashion clothing store! Casanova Store is a furniture store with a little bit of everything from indoor and outdoor furniture to stripper poles! I would consider the style of the furniture to be mostly modern. Most of the furniture at Casanova Store does appear to include adult animations or poses. The shop is not necessarily adult themed, but I wanted everyone to be aware. So if you want adult furniture you know Casanova Store is a place to find it!

There are a few opportunities for some cool freebies at Casanova Store. There also appears to be a store sale going on at the moment, that makes two fabulous reasons to stop by Casanova Store.  First, I want to tell you the Casanova Store group is 10L to join, no reason to hesitate! Right now there is a Casanova group Midnight Mania board up that has a very modern looking house as the prize. You’ll see the MM board at the back of the store. Fab Free Designer of the Week – 04/01/2018 -Z.O.E.

Hello hello Fab Free! Thanks for being here. This week’s designer of the week is none other than Z.O.E. I have to tell you that  Z.O.E. is one of those shops that it is genuinely a pleasure to browse through. It is a shop that has a little bit of everything nestled neatly in the setting of a residential home. Shopping at Z.O.E. feels like you’re browsing through a quaint downtown shop in a small town. Much of what Z.O.E. has to offer is furniture and decor. You’ll also find commercial and residential builds, and even a small amount of men’s and women’s clothing.

Pictured above is the information area at the Z.O.E. landing point. Here you can access the shop Flickr, blog, and Facebook page. There’s also a convenient teleporter that will take you to building demos, and the clothing area on the second floor. Right next to this spot you can also purchase store gift cards.

The weekly sales at Z.O.E. are clearly marked, and not far from the landing point. There is also a group gift area. There you can join the Z.O.E. VIP group. This group is FREE to join. Z.O.E. VIP group members get discounts on new releases, discounts on regular purchases, store credit on purchases made while wearing the group tag, and group gifts.
