Oh, Hanukkah!

It’s beginning to look a lot like Hanukkah too!  I love this celebration of light, and quite frankly, who doesn’t love fried foods?  For those of you who are celebrating starting tomorrow night, I’ve found a few little goodies to add some Chanukkah chutzpah to your SL.

Spinning Like a Dreidel

I had to do some searching for under 75L items for Hanukkah, but there are a few out there.  I put on my brainy specs and headed off to MP and did a little search, then refined it by sorting the items by lowest to highest price.  I wasn’t inundated with items, but there were a few under 75L items!

‘Tis The Season For Spooks

It seems like all we are showing lately are spooky goods! How can you resist? ‘Tis the season for spooks, and I am enjoying every moment. I have a host of spooky offers to share today and quite a few of theses are limited-time sales, so let’s get down to it so you don’t miss ’em.

• The ghost companion hanging next to me is currently on sale for 75L at Noveny. This was an offer out for the latest round of EBento Weekend, but this item will be out on sale for a few more days. The ghost companion includes a facial expression HUD as well. It’s so cute!
• My shoes are another hunt prize from Starlight Apparell @ The Haunted Hunt at Malus Park. I am wearing the orange edition of the Parris shoes in today’s look, a hunt prize which costs 20L. These sneakers fit Belleza, Maitreya, Legacy, Star, Reborn, Kupra and Slink. I blogged more of their hunt prizes in my previous post here.

• My body skin, face skin, and lipstick are the most recent group gifts from Nuve. The body and face skins come in a fatpack of tones, and the lipsticks come in a number of colours. These gifts come in Bakes on Mesh layers only. The face skins and lipsticks are fitted for Lelutka EvoX and AK ADVX heads only. Nuve‘s VIP group currently costs 350L to join.
• The nails I am wearing are on sale for 75L at [QE] Designs for the Saturday Sale. They are out until Wednesday October 19th. These nails include a hud that allows you to customize each nail to different textures in the pack. All of the textures are Halloween-themed. Each colour pack costs 75L, and you can purchase these in red, purple, green, or orange. These nails fit Belleza, Maitreya, Legacy, Slink, Reborn, Kalhene, Kupra, and BBL.
• Finally, my hairstyle is a group gift from TRUTH. This is another one of their past group gifts that recently became free for VIP members of the TRUTH hair group. I decided to buy the eBODY Reborn body last weekend, so I have been playing around to create this new look. I got all the addons, including the MAZE “Soft Thighs” and the eBODY “Juicy Boobs” body mods. I had to try them! It was a gift for myself, and I wanted to do this so I can feature some items on the blog that we don’t typically showcase! This post will be featuring free and affordable items that can be used with these body addons for eBODY Reborn.

The Jucies

First off, I have a sale item and a freebie that both work with the new “juicy boobs”, a body addon made by eBODY Reborn.

The top I am wearing is from the “Baddie Set”, which is the current Saturday Sale offering at Blueberry. Blueberry keeps their weekend sales out for a few days after the weekend, so this top is still available at the sale price. These tops are on sale for 75L per pack, and they come in a classic pack (shown here), a pattern pack, and a “thick” pack. I am wearing the version of the tops for juicy boobs! There are other packs available for 75L per pack as part of the “Baddie set” including shorts, shoes and stockings. I bought them all, but I wanted to showcase the top for all the Reborn lovers out there. The whole set comes in lots of sizes, so there’s something for everyone! This set will not be available for much longer, so it’s best to grab it now.

The shirts that have been updated to fit the juicy boobs are: Taylor Set, Girls Night Set, Icon (Angel), and Alena. These were all past Saturday Sale or Fifty Linden Friday deals, so I was able to snag all of these Juicy top updates for free! You can see a preview of what the free updates look like from Blueberry below. If you bought these sale items in the past, just use Blueberry‘s redelivery system to get the new top sizes.

The other gift for eBODY Juicy boobs that I am wearing today is a free cleavage BOM layer at Nuve. No group is required to get it, so snag it while you can! You can see the “before” and “after” in their vendor photo, so this cleavage really makes them pop even more. The layer is tintable, so you can match it to any skin tone.

Final Touches

I am also wearing a few items free and 15L items from FabFree at Fifteen, which make the finishing touches to this trendy look.

• I am wearing a pair of free “Crystal Garters” from Psycho Barbie, which is their second gift for FabFree group members. Aline blogged their other gifts and sales here, but Psycho Barbie is so generous as they set out TWO gifts for us! Note that these garters only work with the “Soft Thighs” body addon by MAZE. If you have the thighs, these garters fit Legacy, Reborn and Kupra bodies. The free garters come in a full fatpack of colour options, and I fell in love with the dark grey shiny ones!
• My cute brown plaid hat is a free gift for FabFree group members at ati. It comes in a puffy and normal version, and I am wearing the “normal” one here.
• My wonderful boots are the 15L sale item at Pixel Doll. They fit Reborn, Lara, Hourglass, Freya, Legacy, and Erika.
• My lip gloss is an HD applier for Lelutka EvoX heads at Lempika. This is the free gift for FabFree group members. The pack comes with 10 colour options!

Happy Saturday! I’ve found loads of great things at the weekend sales that I want to share with you. As you know, these are often time sensitive, so let’s get right to it!

My skin is by Glam Affair, and you can still get it right now for the special Fifty Linden Friday price of 50L. We’re talking an enormous pack of BOM skin tones, each with and without eyebrows, and even including some pretty makeup options. Glam Affair skins are always lovely but this one I’ve fallen extra head over heels for. Sigh.

I remember when it closed and I bought up as much as I could at the closing sale. After that was [e] I think, and it’s just as fantastic in the current Elikatira incarnation.
