Hey There Fab Free’rs! I hope your weekend has been awesome so far. I’m being mostly held hostage by Real Life, but that’s okay. At least I get to share some fabulous freebies and cheapies with you! For this post I want to tell you about two of the handful of group gifts at Canimal. I also want to tell you about the Fifty Linden Friday item at Fancy Décor. I know what you’re thinking, it’s Saturday! Not to worry though, the Fancy Décor FLF item will be available through Sunday.
First up, this killer dress by Canimal. I say killer because, look at it with the awesome crocodile skin-like texture and the flair of the skirt. Not to mention it happens to be named the “Predator” dress. It’s not often that a dress makes me feel cute, and feisty! This group gift is free to all Canimal group members, and the Canimal group is free to join. Also, if black isn’t your color, the dress has a color change hud with several options. As for the size, I believe it is a Maitreya Lara fit only. It comes in a single unmarked mesh size.
Next up, a second group gift from Canimal. As I mentioned before, there are multiple group gifts at Canimal, and this sexy black lace bodysuit is one of them. I like that it’s both simple and beautiful without a lot of extra straps or frills. I believe this gift is for Maitreya body wearers only as it comes in a single mesh size. It is also free to Canimal group members. Also, I want to mention that along with the group gifts at Canimal, there are several Lucky Letter boards. Finally, I mentioned a Fifty Linden Friday item from Fancy Décor. Hello Hello Fab Free’rs Thanks for stopping by! Today I have what I think is a super cute look inspired by this gorgeous paisley tunic from Lowkey Shawty I stumbled across on the Marketplace. It also includes today’s Fifty Linden Friday offer from REIGN, so I want to make this post short and sweet. Additionally there’s a new event in Second Life called Addicted to Black. The name of the event makes the theme pretty self explanatory. My goth side is squealing with delight over this event. I stopped by and was happy to find a few FREE gifts, a necklace from Indulge Temptation, and a piercing from CS Tattoo. I sincerely love this tunic from Lowkey Shawty. Paisleys are a guilty pleasure of mine, and it’s not often you see a good paisley pattern. I love the colors of this top, it’s bright and beautiful without being garish. It’s also long enough that you could wear it without the leggings, and honestly it would be just as cute with shorts or a skirt. The tunic is just 10 lindens on the Marketplace, and you’ll get several mesh sizes.
The shoes, the shoes, I love these platforms too, they kind of make the outfit. These platform sandals are today’s Fifty Linden Friday offer at REIGN. The shoes are just 50 lindens for today only. Speaking of gorgeous, my photo really doesn’t do this roped bead necklace from Indulge Temptation justice. These black seed beads have an iridescent quality. The set I am wearing appears to reflect a pretty red hue from the black beads. This FREE gift at Addicted to Black also includes 2 other versions of this necklace, one with a blue hue, and one with a regular white light hue.
Also FREE at the Addicted to Black event is this horseshoe lip piercing from CS Tattoo. Sometimes I really like just a simple piercing rather than some of the more intense ones that are often seen in Second Life. This black metal piercing can be sized via touch menu. I also want to note, that the piercing did not fit my avatar initially. I think it’s intended to be unisex. However, I had no trouble re-positioning it and using the touch menu to size it down a little.

With the end of the month coming near, I always check to make sure I’ve picked up any group gifts I can. In my efforts I picked up these high-waist pants from MoDanna, and a lion septum piercing from Swallow. Additionally, The Cart Sale at The Wash continues on. What’s not to love about tons of items at just 10 lindens each?!
These well-textured black leather high-waist pants are a must have! They are the FREE March group gift at MoDanna, and the inspiration for this outfit. These fully mesh pants come in standard mesh sizes, a Belleza fit, Slink fit, and a Maireya fit. Also included in this gift is an applier hud for a blue pentagram bustier style top, which isn’t shown. I didn’t realize it was included until I’d already picked out another top. Whoops! To get this awesome gift, head over to MoDanna and wear your group tag. The MoDanna group is currently FREE to join, so don’t miss this one! Since I goofed missed the top in the MoDanna gift, I picked out this cute little halter top by Kita’s Sideshow at The Cart Sale happening on The Wash sim. There are a few different versions of this mesh top available for 10 lindens each at the Kita’s Sideshow cart. Each of them has a playfully macabre graphic. This one shows a poison bottle with the phrase “Drink and be Merry”. It suits my eclectic style well, and for 10 lindens I had to have it!
For a little finishing touch, I picked up another March group gift. This lion’s head septum piercing is the most recent group gift available at Swallow. The septum piercing gift can be re-sized by clicking, and includes a color change hud with several metal texture options. I thought the lion was quite fitting for March! The Swallow group has a one time join fee of 30 lindens, which is more than worth while. Once you’ve got the Swallow group tag, you can pick up this gift and several others!
