Milk Shaking It Up

The good news is we now have another outlet store on the grid. The Designer Outlet is a monthly event running from the 7th of the month through the 28th of the month. 42 shops are involved, with scads of bargains to be had. Jacx while looking over the new event, picked up the Cotton Candy Milkshake from BananaN for just 39L. I just love BananaN, they make wonderful items with a special touch of whimsy, that is just adorable. Sneak Peek

This is the part where I go on and on about shoes. LOL. For a change of pace, this will be about how much I love accessories. Scarfs, gloves, handbags, and even animals, but most especially hats. And it was jackpot time in the hat department with Grasshopper St. Porkpie Hat, covered in heathered brown fabric, with a green tartan band and bow. Two small hawk feathers are tucked into the hatband. This description of the hat from owner and creator Mitra Ardwyad beautifully describes it much better than I could. Enjoying the beautiful changing colors, on an afternoon stroll around the neighborhood with pal Brutus Jr. Trying to remember who made the song playing in the headphones. Hiya, It has certainly been an event-filled, super busy, week already. With no rest for the wicked so they say. Jacx must have been really wicked 😛

Got A Case Of Those Moving Day Blues

Back on the October 9th post, was telling you all about how I had just bought a new skybox, to take my fall show to the air here. Since Oct. 8th I have bought a total of 3 new skyboxes. LOL. After a hectic week of TP’ing, crowded events, unpacking, sorting, reboxing. A girl just needs a break from time to time. Collecting Pumpkins

Hiya, TGIF.  This is kinda a two-part post. Just wait to see what happens to these pumpkins 🙂

Ready For Some Pumpkin Pie?

Weekends are a time for family and friends, to share food & news. With entertaining in mind for the weekend, Jacx has wandered about collecting pumpkins, some to decorate with, some to bake into favorite fall goodies. Leaning on a nearby fence trying to figure out how to get all these pumpkins home, modeling 2 ggs and a free pair of slacks. Let’s dig right in, (if you are good at the digging part, could I hire you to help scoop seeds out of pumpkins?)
