Is it Wine-O-Clock Yet?

Hello Fab Free’rs! If you haven’t been out to the Vintage & Cool Fair, I strongly recommend you go.  The fair ends in just 3 days, and it’s enormous, but well worth the visit. Several of the designers have set out inexpensive gifts along with their Vintage & Cool Fair exclusives. I was able to put together almost this complete look using just a few of the gifts I came across. There are several other gifts that are equally nice, however these ones just happened to go together so well.

Starting from top to bottom, I love these sort of bohemian feathered earrings. They are a FREE Vintage & Cool Fair gift from Mon Cheri. This great gift includes the earrings in this ruby color shown, as well as black, pink, and azure. Next, the septum piercing is dollarbie a Vintage & Cool Fair gift from Macabre. I really like how delicate it looks, almost like lace. I think a lot of septum piercings can be very dramatic, this one has an almost dainty look to it.

One key to a great wardrobe is to have several base pieces that you can mix and match. This pencil skirt is just that, you could easily dress it up or down. The skirt is the Vintage & Cool Fair gift from [trs] that you can pick up for just 1 linden. I really like the color, it’s perfect for fall. The skirt is partial mesh, and includes a system layer and an omega applier. Finally, how pretty are these shoes?! I think they look very stylish on. These heels are a dollarbie Vintage & Cool Fair gift from Essenz, and in the box you get a Slink fit pair, and a Maitreya fit pair, also there is a color change hud for the metal bits. I really like this outfit, and it cost next to nothing, I hope you like it too!

The Wash Cart Sale: Petite Mort

The Cart Sale down at The Wash Sim is still going strong, and if you haven’t visited, you simply must!  Petite Mort is participating in this round and has some really great buys, all at just 10L each, such as the White Chambray Shirt and Heather Floral Skirt you see me skating in above.

I think those two items might be my favourites of their offererings, but I am also a big fan of the Busted Denim Jeans (these only work with mid feet!) and Plum Embroidered Peasant Blouse you see below.

The Bi Annual Wash Cart Sale – Aaric’s

My Cart pick today is Aaric’s Designs. It’s so good to see a designer who is still making great clothes for the system layers. If you aren’t into Mesh, Aaric’s is your go to Cart. I’m showing off the Renegade Jacket and the Leather Pants w/belt. I really love the Sci Fi look to this set. I do believe I will be tucking it away into my Role Play closet for keeps.

FabFree Designer of the Day – 9/01/2015 – IAF

IAF has a great sales room were everything is to be had for only 10L. I picked these sheer beaded tops as an example but there’s lots of things for sale. Including a ton of tattoos with Omega, Phat Azz, Wowmeh and Sking/Brazilia appliers. The IAF group is FREE to join and there are two FREE gifts set out for group members.

The Wash Cart Sale – [Park Place] Home Decor

The [Park Place] Home Decor Cart at The Wash Cart Sale is chalked full of goodies.

Choices choices, so which items do I need? At 10L each, all of them!
I just couldn’t decide so I got the home decor items and the t-shirts to wear while decorating.   

I am always a fan of copy/modify items and here is a great example. All 3 plants from The Park Place Cart Sale are copy/mod so when I rezzed them and found they were a bit big for my liking tho a quick edit to resize them and poof I have just what I want. I also still have them in their original size. Plus there is another bonus in this case when I resized them it took the prim count down. Both Tubs of Roses were 4 prims each and went to 2 prims each. I also saved a prim making the Hanging Fern smaller. Thanks to Suzy Sumerton for making her items with these options. All of the T-shirts on the cart are mesh and have cute prints on them, so nice just to toss on when you need a t-shirt to hang out in. Pair them with shorts, jeans even skirts.

After playing outside with my new plants it was time to do some decorating inside. I probably shouldn’t have put the chocolates on the mantle in fear they would melt but they won’t be there long enough for that LOL.

Rustic Romance at the Wood Works Cart Sale

The Wash Cart Sale which runs til 9/16 has more than just clothes, you can find home decor items too!

The Wood Works Cart has several home decor items to spruce up your house all for 10L each. This quaint rustic log bench and plants were just the thing to fit right into my little cabin but could just as easily work in another style home. The bench is 6 prims and the plants are 2 prims each. The bench includes several His & Hers animations. I found the Shabby Rose Wall Art on Marketplace for FREE to add the finishing touch.

Ladders don’t have to be functional. Lean this 1 prim Rose Ladder anywhere for a touch of romance. My FREE mesh dress is another good way to add a touch of romance to your life. You can pick it up at The Fantasy Collective (TFC), its their FREE GG with FREE group join. The Fantasy Collective runs til 9/16.
