Zombie Suicide Temporary FREE Group Join!

Hello Fab Free! I’m super excited because I recently found out Zombie Suicide has made their in world group FREE to join for just a few days. Don’t ask me how long a few day is. I have no idea, so hurry! If you’re not familiar with the Zombie Suicide brand, it’s the definition of creepy cute clothing and accessories. I Heart Cardigans

This cozy cardigan is one of the many FREE group gifts at Zombie Suicide. It’s fully mesh and includes a color change hud that will allow you to choose between the purple color shown and and a black version. The black version mirrors the purple in that it has little purple hearts above the pockets.

Two Hearts

The cute necklace with the thin heart dangles is not one of the many group gifts, but rather a dollarbie hunt prize I stumbled across while shopping at Zombie Suicide. This prize also includes a color change hud so you can choose the color of each of the 2 hearts. There are 8 color options. I’m honestly not sure what hunt this necklace is from, but the little blue basket hunt item was easy to find considering I wasn’t even looking for it. *Hint, look low.

Choker

The choker Pru is wearing is a FREE group gift version of a choker/collar you can purchase at Zombie Suicide. It comes in several mesh sizes and includes a scripted version that has resize scripts and a non scripted version. The colors are a fun combination of purple, black, and green.

Facial Piercings

These pretty purple dermal piercings combined with the two nose studs are another FREE group gift at Zombie Suicide. These fit my Catwa mesh head very easily, which is always a plus. Additionally, there are 2 versions included in this gift, one with a shadow and one without (shown).

The Eyes Have It

Last but far from least, the pretty jewel-toned eyes are another FREE group gift at Zombie Suicide. This gift comes with a color change HUD with 3 variations of these hauntingly pretty eyes. They also include classic system layers and an alpha layer for non mesh avatars.

I Heart Rompers

Hello Fab Free! Am I the only one whose schedule has been whacko lately? haha I swear I will find a regular rhythm again soon. Anyway, enough about me, let’s talk about this scandalously cute romper from American Bazaar. Yep, I said scandalous. The low cut, wide v of this romper means  you’ll need to be careful when wearing it, or not, just know you might be showing more than your cleavage. Even so, I do love it, and it’s in my favorite not-a-color, black! The romper is Amercan Bazaar’s most recent FREE group gift for the ladies. Twisted Gold

Gold is such an in color right now, and why not, it’s gorgeous! The Twisted Hunt has started and it’s fun to see all the pretty black and gold prizes in this Odyssey themed hunt. The Twisted Hunt prize at Hudson’s is a statement piece to say the least. This bolero style jacket in black and gold is fully mesh and has system layers included along with Omega appliers. Hello again Fab Free! Today I wanted to share with you this cute cozy sweater dress from Serendipity. I am so glad it’s Friday, Fab Free! It’s been a long week and I’m thankful the weekend is finally here. I’m ready to have some down time and maybe go out with some friends. C’est la Monday

Hello Fab Free, I don’t know about everyone else, but I’m having a serious Monday! Thankfully, there’s always some retail therapy available in Second Life. I think it’s definitely true that shopping is a form of therapy, even in a virtual setting. I know I feel better when I get to buy new things. hehehe That being said, it’s always better when the stuff you acquire is FREE. **Note Added 1/19/15**Here’s more proof this was a total case of the Monday’s! Somehow I missed that our lovely Julianna had already shown this great jacket, be sure to check out her post here also.  
This pretty leather jacket from Virtual Diva Couture is their current group gift. I love the sort of dark mauve color of the leather, I think it make the jacket very feminine, while keeping an edgy style. Another super cute group gift are these pretty star hairpins. This gift from C’est la Vie includes several hairpins in gold and two silver versions, each with a different colored star. Appliers Please!

Hello again Fab Free! 😀 I don’t know about yo, but sometimes I want to wear applier clothing with my mesh body rather than mesh. With appliers I can still look fab and not have to worry about alpha cuts. Most of this cute applier outfit Pru has on is a recent group gift at Lushish Catz. The outfit comes with system layers as well, so you don’t need any mesh at all to wear the clothing. Both the lacy black top and the dark washed jeans are included in the FREE group gift at Lushish Catz. The jeans have a unique quilted pattern, and the sheer lace top is daring to say the least! I chose to add the red tank top underneath the gift top for some extra coverage. I think the end result is really pretty, though I’m not always as bold as some! To go with all the black lace I wanted some ruby red lips! The most recent round of The Dressing Room just started and I found this gorgeous lip applier set from #adored while shopping. This pretty “liquid lips” applier pack comes with 6 shades ranging from this deep red to pink, and orange. The set costs just 70 lindens per applier type. I purchased the Omega set to use with my Catwa head. I actually like that the applier made my lips appear a bit smaller, it reminds me of that 1920s style lip! There is another set of lip appliers from #adored available at The Dressing Room in a pack of purples and blues if red and pink aren’t your colors. I’m seriously considering going back for that set as well!

Happy Saturday Fab Free! I hope everyone is enjoying their weekend. Even though we recently had a Free Hair Day on the blog, in my Second Life, there is no such thing as too much hair! I am certain I’m not alone in this. With that in mind, Besom recently put out a new Group Gift hairstyle called Bellinia.

The fanciful name fits this FREE hairstyle from Besom very well. It’s a lush long style with feathery waves. The Besom group is FREE to join, and well worth the effort. You’ll find previous group gifts still available, as well as a group only Midnight Mania Board at the Besom main location. Not to mention the gift is a fatpack, which means it includes every color option available! I have to admit, I felt very mermaid-like with this gorgeous hair, so the FREE gift Luminesse has out at the current round of SWANK is kind of perfect to show with it.

There are always great finds at SWANK, and the Luminesse gift is fabulous to say the least. Is it Wine-O-Clock Yet?

Hello Fab Free’rs! If you haven’t been out to the Vintage & Cool Fair, I strongly recommend you go.  The fair ends in just 3 days, and it’s enormous, but well worth the visit. Several of the designers have set out inexpensive gifts along with their Vintage & Cool Fair exclusives. I was able to put together almost this complete look using just a few of the gifts I came across. There are several other gifts that are equally nice, however these ones just happened to go together so well.

Starting from top to bottom, I love these sort of bohemian feathered earrings. They are a FREE Vintage & Cool Fair gift from Mon Cheri. This great gift includes the earrings in this ruby color shown, as well as black, pink, and azure. Next, the septum piercing is dollarbie a Vintage & Cool Fair gift from Macabre. I really like how delicate it looks, almost like lace. I think a lot of septum piercings can be very dramatic, this one has an almost dainty look to it.

One key to a great wardrobe is to have several base pieces that you can mix and match. This pencil skirt is just that, you could easily dress it up or down. The skirt is the Vintage & Cool Fair gift from [trs] that you can pick up for just 1 linden. I really like the color, it’s perfect for fall. The skirt is partial mesh, and includes a system layer and an omega applier. Finally, how pretty are these shoes?! I think they look very stylish on. She’s Gone Wayward

Hi Fab Free! As you can see we are having a great time with the recently started Wayward Hunt! Not only is this hunt FREE but there are tons of amazing designers participating. Thus far I’ve been very impressed with the hunt items, so of course I had to get in on the fun of showing them off!

I love this hairstyle with the fun rainbow ends and cute top bun is the FREE Wayward Hunt prize from Blues. The hairstyle is named Beau and comes in a blond version and the brunette version shown. The rainbow colored ends are beautifully done, and they give this pretty, casual style an edgy playfulness.

This pale freckled skin with red eye-makeup and red lips is the FREE Wayward Hunt gift from The Skinnery. This gift includes the skin in a dark brows option (shown) and a no brows option. Also included with this gift are appliers for the TMP body. (I used the Maitreya HUD to manually adjust my skin-tone to match the Skinnery tone)

The moment I saw this skirt on Flickr, I knew I had to have it! The skirt is the FREE Wayward Hunt gift from Yumyums. It’s a fully mesh skirt and was intended to be worn with the Maitreya body. I think this vibrant floral print is perfect for the season, and the pleats are super cute.

Next, the shoes! I am a sucker for a cute pair of wedge heels. These open-toe wedges are the FREE Wayward hunt prize at Livalle (formerly L. Warwick). The shoes include version to fit Slink High, Belleza, and Maitreya feet.

Finally, the hanging rug with the string of lights in the background is the FREE hunt prize from Toro. The textures area really beautiful, I love the bohemian element to the style. Also, the lights can be turned off and on with just a click. I think this pretty piece would look great indoors or on a covered patio, and it’s great for photos!
