First coffee, then everything else

Hello again, FabFree.  I was made aware yesterday of a new shop just for the men. Since this isn’t a common occurrence, I was more than happy to check it out. And I was very glad I did. But first I have to thank the great folks in the FabFreechat group who are the ones who brought this new store to Juli’s attention. She pounced on me the second I got in world and set me to work. ( A tip of the hat to “SB” )

The new shop is Butterscotch and it’s rather tasty as the name may suggest. When I landed at the front doors I had to dodge my way past loads of new shoppers which I hope is a very good sign of the designer. I joined the free group and immediately got a 400L gift card. A note of warning, if I read the signs correctly, this group will become 50L to join at some point in the future. A good reason to hurry over.  In addition to the gift card, there is also a group gift. This is the ‘Lucas Henley’. It comes with a full fatpack of colors. The HUD includes twenty colors for the Henley shirt and  twenty colors for the undershirt. The build is spot on and the details are very nice indeed.  I really appreciate that the arms and shoulders do not deform when I move. Something many designers miss when making male clothing.  

I used my gift card to purchase the jeans I’m wearing as well. The ‘Liam’ jeans are available in both singles and a fat pack. I chose the single ‘Denim #1’ pack. I am equally impressed with the jeans as with the top.  I have a feeling I will be showing off many more items from Butterscotch.   

Also…on a personal note… when you add the item from your inventory a soothing masculine voice says “Butterscotch… enjoy.”   I just… what can I say.  Juli made me take it off and on several times just to hear it again. I do have to admit… It’s an awesome touch.

Happy Sunday,  Fab Free! Today I will be talking about a store which is new to the Fab Free blog: Donni’s Dollies. I will cover their temporary free VIP group join later on, but first I will show you the free and 1 L versions of the Gabriella Lingerie set for women and the Gabriel boxers for men. I am hanging out at The Outer Garden, and admiring the lovely snow sim they have created here. It’s still snowing big time where I live, so I’m stil cold and freezing over here! Happy Tuesday! I woke up in a mood today and decided what the heck, I am going to get all dressed up and be pretty for ME! I found this super snug stretchy pencil dress from CoCo Designs! The berry-red color of this dress is absolutely stunning, pair it with some bright red lips and maybe some red pumps, you’ll be turning head for sure. It’s a simple dress, which I happen to love, because that just opens the box for creativity and uniqueness. The CoCo Designs in-world group, is free to join and there is an entire wall full of free gifts!

A few of us have been showing you some amazing new freebies for our FabFree group members and I just can’t help myself, so I am going to be showing you another one! This silk cover-up, by Petry Model Store, puts barely there in a whole different category, however it offers just the right amount of coverage to cover your sensitive bits. There is a HUD included for an applier to cover up your other breast, if you don’t feel comfortable letting your hair hang down and covering up, because of tattoo layers. I was able to wear the “pastie” with my freckles, which are on my tattoo layer, so hopefully it will work for others. I know how touchy layers can be!

This cover-up dress from the Petry Model Store, comes with a color HUD containing 8 colors. The colors are red, white, pink, blue, green, black, purple and cream. While everything in the front, seems to be covered, the back dips low, exposing a bit of butt cleavage. It’s my party and I’ll look intensely at you if I want to!  I decided that I was going to throw a party for myself for literally no reason whatsoever.  I blew up some balloons, tossed the confetti about artfully, and popped the champagne.  Now I’m prowling about looking fierce.  Why?  Well, why not, I say!

True Colours

When I’m feeling playful, I always reach out for some bright colours to wear.  You really can’t beat a pastel hair colour, and some hot pink.  Luckily, these generous SL creators have got my back!  My sweet do’ was a gift at Hairology, and was previously blogged by Pru HERE.

Safira has a few free group gifts out right now, and one of them is this bright and cheerful jumpsuit.  It comes in a shiny midnight blue as well, for the days when you’re feeling only slightly less exuberant.  The Safira group is free to join, and there are quite a few nice group gifts in the store.  It’s definitely worth the visit!
