Boho Office

Hey FabFree! I have a quick post with more great decor to show off from Farmer’s Market. Aline blogged all about this event here. I decided to check out the event and create another scene with some more of the great free gifts from Farmer’s Market.

Decor Fever

Hey FabFree! I have some pretty free decor gifts to share tonight, as well as a modern concrete house for only 75L. I’ll tell you all the details on how to get these great items!

Breakfast, Moodboards & Blankies

First, I found a whole bunch of gifts at Nutmeg. You just need to join the free “Reka Updates” group to get them all. Click the “join group” sign and it will send the correct group joiner invite. All of the group gifts are near the group joiner. I am showing the following group gifts in my post tonight:

• The “Breakfast in Bed” gift is a delicious board of coffee, eggs, cream, sugar cubes, roses & pears. This is one of Nutmeg‘s newer gifts. It’s so exquisitely detailed and romantic.
• The “Framed Paintings” gift includes two pretty framed paintings of flowers. This is a new gift as well, and perfect for stacking against walls.
• I also included one older gift in my scene. Nutmeg has a pack of all past group gifts from 2020-2022 available as well. In that big box of free past group gifts, I found a really cute gift called “Moodboard”. The moodboard is a large clipboard with pictures and cute sayings on it. It’s super adorable. Two versions of the board are included in this gift, and you can find many more free gifts inside that large pack of past gifts!

A Concrete House…

The background of my scene is a “Modern Concrete House”, which is currently on sale for only 75 lindens.

You can see views of the outside and inside of the house below. It’s a concrete home with some nice spaces for decorating. It is available at Noveny for a limited time for 75L. You will find it near the Ebento Weekend sale signs. This was the sale item from last weekend, so it will be taken down very soon before next weekend. Go NOW to get the good deal!

Rest in Peace, My Baby Boy

Ok FabFree… this post is about to get emotional. In this post, I will be talking about loss and grief so be prepared for that before reading.  Last month, I lost my beloved furbaby in real life. It was heartbreaking for me, as I had an incredibly special and close bond with my cat. It really broke me in half, but I have been working through my grief.  Apparently, there have been a lot of people in SL lately who have lost their cats and other pets in recent times. For those of you out there who may be going through this, just know you are not alone. I will never forget him as long as I live in both worlds and I will love him until the day I die.

Little Angels

The incredible creator Dalriada Delwood of MOoH! created a set of  “ghost” kitties for those of us who have lost our cats. I thought it was so beautiful that MOoH! came out with these, as it is a lovely little reminder of my beloved little guy who I can carry with me around SL. There are a variety of types of cats available in this set. At Next Up, you can play to win an angelic cat in different colourings and breeds for only 50L per play. Queen of Thorns

Heyya Fab Fam! I guess we made it to another Friday night! And there’s the weekend peeking around the corner. And thank goodness, it’s here because we have a TON of great events going on.  Such as …  Spookzilla! Ms Aline showed you this sexy spooky outfit here and like Aline, I’ve been hunting the ghosties too. I haven’t found any freebies but 25L for a great gift ain’t too bad. 

I dropped 75L on this awesome sexy set from Antaya which makes all three pieces come in under our limit. This is the “Margo” dress, “Lambda” mask and “Crown with Roses” and you can have all three pieces for 25L each and a lot of hunting. Spookzilla is not for the faint of heart. It’s a huge area with lots of hiding places. But this gorgeous dress and accessories was certainly worth the hunting.

Pretty Festive for a Monday

Happy Monday, Fabulous Folks! I don’t know why Mondays get such a bad rep. I like them! It’s a fresh start to a fresh new week… the whole world is new and  full of possibilities and opportunities!  Opportunities to be cute AND Halloween appropriate, of course!

So my cute new Halloween top is so Halloween-y and it’s free too. All you need to do is head over to the Trick or Treat themed Posh Event. Lovely and Sharp

Hey Fab Fam! Halloween is creeping closer and I’m feelin extra spooky today. Maybe it’s because I spent some time in hell.  Well… Hell Town2 anyway.

Evil Bunny Productions has brought back the Hell Town Event and hidden a ton of pumpkins full of specials all over. As you enter the town you’ll see a bunch of vender boards with each designers specials. Some are even free! But most are 25L or less.

My oh so scary look tonight is from Lovely Sweet and is hidden in 3 pumpkins priced at 25L each. I’m showing the “Cat Scratch Fever” eyes, the “Cat Scratch Fever” make up and the “My Ombre Gothy” lipstick.  The eyes come with 4 colors in BoM, Lelutka HUD and an Omega HUD.  The make up comes in BoM with a light version and a dark version. The lips have 8 colors and are EvoX – Bom.

Heyhey Fabulous Folks! I know that our Halloween season is full of pumpkins and cool breezes and falling leaves… but who says it can’t be cozy too? 

I was perusing the the booths over at the Mad Circus 8 and I stumbled across this cozy cutie unicorn onesie from Crayon’s Closet. The “Halloween Onesie” is the special 10L offer for this round and I had to snatch it up. I think it’s perfect for snuggling up and watching scary movies while eating popcorn! So that’s what I’m gonna do!

A little Halloween Fun

Hey FabFam, I hope you’re having a very happy Monday! I’ve had a great day myself, fun times unpacking then ended up the day having dinner with my BFF, Echo. Some days you just need your girl friends to make everything right! 

Then I had a relaxing evening just wandering the Shop and Hop. Have you been yet? They really knocked it out of the park with the decorating for our Halloween this year. Even if it wasn’t loaded with fabulous free gifts, it’d be a must-see! But, hey… freebies, right?  Like this super cute top and skirt from Candy Kitten. 

This is the ” Halloween Fun” outfit and it’s the completely free gift at the Shop and Hop.  I am so in love with the little sweater, the designs are so great. You get a HUD with 10 Halloween prints and 10 solid colors for the sweater.  Plus you can change the color of the straps and the skirt. So this certainly be in your year round wardrobe, not just Halloween.

The one drawback is the skirt is hiked way up in the back so your cheeks are on full display. I have a pair of applier shorts I plan to wear with it on a day to day basis cause… I’m not that sassy. I’m not criticizing the designer ( Or anyone who loves being sassy) but I hope if enough of us mention we’d rather not be that… cheeky there might be more options for a bit of modesty.

Once in a blue moon…

Well, hey there, Fabulous Family! SURPRISE! Juli has come limping back to the fold. Like a bad penny that just keeps turning up!
As some of yall might remember, the RL Hubby and I were trying to find and buy a house, then move from New York back home to Oklahoma City. And now I can say “Mission Accomplished”!
We found a great older house that needs some serious love and repair so that’s been all I could handle for the last few weeks. But, of course, I had to make things much more interesting and I went and broke my foot! And that required a surgery and loads of healing time. But I got cleared by my Doc today to wear my walking boot for just one more week then I’m freeeee!
And what better way to celebrate my impending freedom than by returning to the Blog and my wonderful FabFam? Plus, I saw this awesome outfit from Blue Moon Enterprise and had to grab it and show it off.
This is the “Harvest Dress” and you can grab it for free with your BMe free group tag. I love the Victorian/Edwardian look. I think it’d go great with a steampunk look too! The jacket and dress are separate pieces with the lace under shirt attached to the skirt. The vest (under the jacket in my pic) comes with a four color HUD. And, as always, it’s a lovely quality build BMe is know for.
