I picked up this adorable “Lucky” dress from Shanti just in time for St. Patty’s Day (freegift, no group required), and these adorable Origami earrings from LooLoo & The Platypus to match. The earrings come in gold, silver, and variations of color with those metals. For 12L, you can’t go wrong! Twe12ve is running until March 31st.

It’s my favorite time of year! St. Patty’s Week!!! I stopped over to my favorite SL Pub, The Blarney Stone, and had a pint in this glorious dress that cost, no lie, 1L on MP from the store Your Time. The beer is always free (even if it isn’t green), too!!! Just click on any of the stools to get your Guinness! Who can possibly pass up a buck and beer to kick off St. Patty’s week? If you need (and you sooooo need), you can listen to three hours of Irish drinking songs here.
The Irish LOVE a good laugh, too, so I picked up the giant lucky coin while I was on MP that poofs out more gold coins. It was a little bit of fun, and, for 5L, I couldn’t say no. Head over to La Purr Shop on the MP to get yours!

I love when I get an inworld notice about a good sale. When I got the Nerdy Giril notice, I was totally stoked! They have an amazing sale going going on over at their Marketplace store for 1L fat packs. The choices!!! I settled on a cute outfit to wear to the gym to practice yoga. Each piece was a sweet 1L and came with a spectacular HUD! Y\
There were a few different hoodie styles on MP as well as tee shirt styles. I like this Snarky HUD the best, though, because the slogans made me laugh. Seeing as I still haul around hair from 2006, I found this hoodie to be hilarious.

Every day, I am eager to read my blogging sister, Aline’s, Fabulous Finds post. I run around and grab all the things I love, and when I spotted that uber sweet jacket at Quinnty’s that she posted about here, I just had to have it. I joined the group (50L) and grabbed it, but THEN I looked at ALL the sweet Group gifts for VIPS, and, wow, I was addicted. There are at least 10 of them but probably more. It was hard to pick just one to showcase for you, but I picked Mae because it comes with everything for a complete outfit! You get the cool jacket, the jeans, and these super cute sneakers!!!

I like to give myself challenges. I had a half hour over lunch to “work” in SL, and I committed myself to finding a cool outfit to share with you. For this challenge, I could rely on any of the 5 Minute or 1 Hour groups I belong to and any sales I ran into while at a store. However, my cap was 100L for all parts of the outfit (clothes, hair, jewelry, and shoes).
Safyra‘s did not disappoint! Within the first ten minutes, a 5 Lindens 1 Hour deal was posted. I ran over quick and grabbed the very nice jumpsuit on sale. She comes with lots of colors. But….while trying to dodge the incoming avatars, I looked around and three OTHER sales caught my eye. The outfit above is the top from the Set 010 Sunday Sale (35L) which comes with a cute bra/shirt, skirt and boots (the bra, shirt, and skirt all have a color HUD; the boots do not) and the pants and shoes from the Janice set on sale (55L) which comes with a blouse and HUD for both.

I picked up the FREE!!! subscriber gift (a cool choker with a butterfly) at Zuri which went nicely with this outfit. I love the resizer on her jewelry. It makes everything so much easier!
I had picked up a bunch of No_Match gifts earlier in the day, so I decided to use my time to find the first hairstyle that went with the outfit. This style is called No_Sea and comes with all of the different color fatpacks. This was a freegroup gift with 50L membership.
By the time I had picked out the hair and fussed with the colors, I only had 5 minutes left, so I ran over to my studio to snap this pose.
I managed to get everything I needed for less than 100L in the space of 30 minutes! WOO!!!

While outside this morning throwing my trash out, I noticed a cute baby deer hanging out by the car. I stopped and waited for the cute thing to do her food shopping in the brush along the grass before I stepped off my deck and tossed out my bag. It got me thinking about what it would be like to be such a sweet little creature in a world that’s being taken over by humans. I stood there and waited about 5 minutes for her to graze as she strolled across my lawn the entire time in awe that she knew I was there but chose not to run off into the woods. For a brief moment she just watched me watching her and when I chuckled she turned to eat more. How amazing is nature?!
