The truth is I’m just a poor college student trying to make my way into the real world. Hence for this post, I wanted to show a more down-to-earth college student outfit, with a little punk edge. I’m really in love with this backpack from Mon Cheri (for Endless Summer Hunt), which comes with a hud and you can texture all the parts (I probably wont take it off for a long time!). The Rock Attitude Hunt has a lot of punk/rock items for grabs (if you can find them) and a must-do hunt if you are looking for shorts (I have more pairs than I can wear, lol). I especially love this one from Mag <3.B with the Britain flag print. The shoes I’m wearing can also be found in the hunt from :::insanya:::, and come with many retexturing and resizing options (for the guys). Study hard peeps~

So let me tell you what happened last night. I decided to get all dolled up in this rose dress I found in [IrEn] for my hot date. A few days back, Love featured Virtual Impressions as our Designer of the Day and I decided to put on the jewelry to match. These shoes are also free, a group gift from :Insomnia: I ransacked my closet/very messy inventory and decided on the MoiMoi clutch (also free) and I was all ready to go. I ran down my loft to catch a cab, but by typical New York fashion, you can’t get a cab just when you need one! Needless to say, I was almost late but arrived safe and sound in my expensively (free) outfit.

The Pink Ribbon Fair is underway, having started on August 4th and running until August 25th, 2012. This fair is a fashion charity event in collaboration with Relay For Life SL to help raise funds for breast cancer. There are approximately 150 designers participating with the them being “EVERYTHING PINK!” lol. At the landing spot at the PRF you can pick up a pair of free PRF Sunglasses from ShadZ and also there is a selection of bikinis you can pick up for free such as the Lolly Bikini courtesy of Zibska (both shown above).
