Like many of you, I’ve spent the weekend trying to keep up with all the Black Friday sales. My feet are killing me, and I can’t remember where I parked my car, but at least my pixel purse is much lighter now!

Speaking of keeping up: I just can’t keep up with all the group gifts at I.M. Collection! Seems like every time I show you one, a new gift gets put out. But hey, I’m not complaining. 🙂

This round of the Gacha Garden has had some really exceptional gifts. I shared a couple of them HERE last week, and I’ve got two more to show you today!
Starting at the top, I’m really loving this gorgeous hair by Pr!tty. The Aliya hair comes in a fatpack of colors in both windy and not-so-windy versions. There is also a beautiful jeweled headdress in 4 different textures in the box.
Last but definitely not least… Essenz has set out a pair of their Barcelona shoes as a Gacha Garden gift. Other colors are available in the gacha machine, so be sure to give it a play if you need more colors (and who doesn’t?)!

Happy weekend, fabulous readers! The spring air was so warm and inviting this morning that I felt inspired to visit the Butterfly Conservatory to check out the butterflies. The Butterfly Conservatory is beautiful, as well as educational; not only did I learn about many different species of butterflies, but I also picked up a few tips on what we can do to help save the bees.
To be honest, I learned way more than I ever needed to know about insects… including this guy, who stared me down while his fanny blinked like a lightbulb. We don’t have “lightning bugs” in my neck of the real world, but I do hope the real ones are a bit smaller. Thank goodness he couldn’t get out of his box! 😯

The butterflies weren’t the only ones spreading their wings this morning. The Fab Free Shoe Day is finally here! I am so excited about all the shiny shoes I’ll be adding to my ever-growing collection!! I’ve been oohhing and ahhing over the other posts and plan on spending some time snagging the shoes everyone has found for myself! That said, it just so happens there are 2 hunts going on at Free Dove that include, you guessed it, FREE Shoes! Though you will have to hunt for them, the shoes are absolutely FREE, and you’ll find men’s shoes as well as the ladies shoes I’ll be showing. After a little nap to work off that turkey, I took to the Grid for a little hunting. Our Fall hunts are winding down but there’s still a few days to grab up al the awesome prizes out there. I re-visited the Warm Socks Hunt 2 today to pickup this cute casual knit dress from Vertigo. This is ‘Yosa’ and it can become a very versatile part of your wardrobe for FREE. Not only does it come a bunch of preset colors on the HUD but it also comes with a color picker. You can literally make this dress any color you want!
That’s how I got the dress to perfectly match my new ‘Fur Top Snow Boots’ from Duh! I grabbed these cute boots for FREE too with my Second Life Frees & Offers group tag. The gift comes with the pink ones here and a purple set as well.
Topping off my new look is one of two new Group Gifts from no.match. This is ‘no.country’ a nice long casual unisex style. It comes with both a men’s and a women’s version in the gift. Usually the group gifts have a special five color HUD but no.country comes as a full fat pack!

Happy Saturday everyone. My Mom and I are going out for some girls night fun tonight, and before I start thinking of what I’m going to wear for this RL outing, I thought I’d have some fun and doll myself up in SL for the very same thing. Any excuse to put on something pretty, am I right? LOL.
If you head over to B!asta, you will see that they are part of this years Dirty Turkey Hunt. The gift you need to find, is this lovely sweater and skirt combo called As A Feather. Both pieces are mesh, and while they are obviously made to go with each other, each piece would be great for mixing and matching with other items in your inventory. If you hadn’t already guessed, I am a nail polish fiend. Both in RL and SL. Lucky for me, Alaskametro’s monthly Facebook gift for November, is a set of Autumn coloured, glittery, nail appliers. You get appliers for Eve, Maitreya, Omega and Slink, in this free for all gift. To claim it, you need to head to Alaskametro’s Facebook page and look under the promotions tab. Copy the keyword, and then in world, head over to the store. Stand near the poster of the gift, and type in /33 KEYWORD, with KEYWORD being replaced by what you copied from Facebook. I have to say, I had a hard time deciding which colour to show off.
As for the beautiful skin I have on, Niska in Pumpkin, with pretty orangey lips and eyeshadow, is a L$75 special that you will find at Lumae. It was supposed to be part of Lazy Sunday, but Lumiya forgot to apply for this last round, oops! So she decided to put it out at the Lazy Sunday price anyways. As with all of her skin specials, it comes with every applier you could possibly think of, along with several tattoo layers for things like freckles and cleavage. You have until November 21 to get this lovely skin at this price.

Even in the virtual world of Second Life, this seems to be the almost comical picture of how we spend time together! With the best of intentions and the pretty lingerie to prove it, Pru still finds herself caught up in a favorite book while Diamos seems just as content to check the headlines on his computer.
