Who says Cats can’t be helpful? Me, that’s who!
Well hello everybody! You all remember when I introduced the newest member of my KittyCatS! family, Scorch? Well, he is all grown up now, and likes to think he can be helpful. I was trying to unpack some more Christmasy type things, when he decided he needed to investigate the open box I had. Typical cat! Oh well, I am going to use this opportunity to show off a few goodies for you, and Scorch even has something to show off.
I’ll start with the, oh-so enticing for kitties, boxes I have in front of me. This pose set of boxes is from Icons of Style, and is their L$1 gift for the WOMENStuff line of the MEGAStuff Hunt that is happening right now. This fun pose set has 3 different built-in poses for you to choose from, and I think they are all really cute, especially when joined by a cat! You are looking for a little red t-shirt, and the hint is ‘Go up, go down.’. You have until January 2 to find the hunt gifts.
The Deer Head picture behind me, as well as the handsome Nutcracker are gifts from the KittyCatS! Advent calendar. While the advent at KittyCatS! is not a new thing, there is a change this year. Not only do you get an awesome gift for yourself each day, but there is now the added bonus of a gift for your KittyCatS!. The day 4 gift is the 3D Deer Head Picture from Pixel Mode, as well as the sweet Christmas collar that Scorch is modelling, which is the KittyCatS! Jewelry – BrendaLee Fredriksson. The +CONVAIR+ Nutcracker Soldier is the gift for day 5 for you, and for your KittyCatS!, is the KittyCatS! Jewelry – Rhiannon Titanium, which is a pretty blue collar with jeweled snowflakes. These gifts are free for everyone, and if you miss a day, or are only just starting, all gifts remain available for you, even if the day has passed. Just a note on the collars for the KittyCatS!, they will only work for KittyCatS!, and are a 1 time use only, meaning if you change the collar on your cat, the collar that was on it previously, is now gone for good.
The last thing I have to show you is a happy accident. In my last post HERE, I was wearing a jewelry set from Perception that was from a previous year’s advent calendar. I was curious to see if they had another one this year, so I headed over to the shop. While they do not have an advent this year, I did see that they had a really pretty mesh corset in a Midnight Mania board! With an easily reachable goal of only 25 slaps, I put out a call for help, and locked that baby down. The Overbust Corset — Coutil & Floral Charmeuse comes in the standard sizes, with a few extra non-standard sizes. It also comes with a separate mesh lace edging that allows you to adjust the size to fit your av perfectly, or, if you’d like, you don’t have to use it at all. I like that kind of versatility.
OK my lovelies, Scorch is telling me that it is past both his, and my bedtime. Aren’t cats funny that way…they don’t wear watches, but always know when it is bed time, or feeding time, or petting time…LOL. So I am off for now, but you all know I will be back, and soon. So, until then, TTFN *waves*

Heading back to September
Happy Wednesday, you fabulous readers, also, happy October 1st! So far, it’s been a bit of a dreary start in my neck of the woods. It rained off and on all day! Ug! To make up for this, I have decided to go back to September, and wear something fun, and bright 🙂 LOL
OK, I confess, I can’t go back in time. What I can do though, is show you the September group gift skin from 7 Deadly s[K]ins 🙂 . While I did pick up this beauty in September, it is still available now, and if the group follows the trend it had last month, it will remain available for another few months. I really love this skin, I think it’s my favourite so far, with the beautiful wash of freckles over the nose and cheeks. She is gorgeous, if I do say so myself. For you SLink hands and feet lovers, like myself, the appliers are even included! Yayyy. The gift is free for group members, and at the moment the group is L$200 to join. This is always changing though, so keep your eyes open, another free join may happen soon.
Wanting to wear something cheerful, I went with the super cute, texture change dress from Brii Underground, at the current round of the OMG Room. This fun dollarbie has a hud, with a choice of 6 patterns, each one a bright colour with a cute kawaii character. It was hard to decide on a favourite. Don’t wait to grab this if you like it though, as this round doesn’t have too much longer left. Just head to the back of the event room, and go upstairs to find this dollarbie along with many other great gifts and low priced deals.
