Hello There Fab Free’rs! Once again I’m feeling very in the spooky spirit of the season. I a few more of the many many many Halloween Shop & Hop gifts. I created this almost pretty possessed look using the gift skin from YS&YS, the gift dress from Luas, and the septum piercing gift from RAWR!. I really hope you have some fun with these freebies.

I can’t help but love this free skin from YS&YS at the Halloween Shop & Hop event. Even with her scarred face, she’s still a pretty chick. This would be such a fun skin to create a story around. This free gift includes BOM layer full skins, face only BOM layers. There are also variations to suit Genus, Lelutka, and Catwa heads. There are also two pairs of BOM layer eyes, the “blind” eyes shown and a creepy cool black pair.

This skeleton print dress is the free gift at the Halloween Shop & Hop by Luas. The “Donna” dress comes in a full fatpack with lots of HUD based color choices. Even with the exposed shoulders the dress has an almost cozy look to it that makes it a cool addition to any fall wardrobe.

Happy 10th Anniversary Essences!

If I had to choose a favorite skin shop in Second Life I’d without hesitation choose Essences as m personal favorite. There are lots of amazing skins in SL. Still, Essences has for many years been the source of the skins I wear the most. Recently Essences celebrated 10 years in Second Life. In celebration their in world VIP group and the Essences Newsletter group are both temporarily free to join. There are also 3 new fat-pack Newsletter group gift head appliers.

Each of the 3 Essences appliers is for a different mesh head. There is one for Catwa, one for Genus, and one for Lelutka heads. Proper Pinup

Welcome to the blog Fab Free! It was a warm bright sunny day for me in Second Life today, and I felt every bit a proper pinup girl at the beach. To get the look I had some help from a few of the many free gifts in the shopping regions of the Second Life 16th Birthday event. I picked up what felt like a metric ton of freebies, however for this post I want to share with you the SL16B gifts by Narcisse, ICONIC, and Pyscho Byts.

First, the bright red polka dotted monokini is the SL16B gift by Narcisse. It comes in this single color, and is fit for Maitreya Lara only. To get yours, all you need to do is head over to the Narcisse shop in the SL16B Aurelian region and pick it up for free.

Next up, the long side swept hairstyle is the free SL16B gift by ICONIC. It comes in a fatpack of colors, and has a style hud that lets you flip the hair so it’s either over the left shoulder or the right. You’ll find it waiting for free at the ICONIC shop in SL16B’s Tinseled Region.

Finally, the reason for the trio of photos is to show you 3 of the 6 static poses in the “Lili” pose set by Psycho Byts. Each of the six poses is in what I would call a pinup style. The set has individual poses, and a pose hud. This set is one of 2 free gift pose sets by Psycho Byts just waiting to be picked up at SL1B’s Golden region.

Hello There Fab Free’rs! The best kind of hunt in Second Life is a free one with lots of designers! The SLF&O hunt recently started, and it’s both free and has quite a few participants. You won’t want to miss this one. I picked up this gorgeous Asian inspired robe at Belle Epoque as part of the SLF&O hunt. The robe comes in a Maitreya Lara fit only. It’s also absolutely free, you just gotta find it! The hunt object for this hunt is a fall leaf.

Recently Love sent me a teleport to Moon hair to slap their Midnight Madness board. I’m so glad she did, I love this hairstyle with this robe. This extra long flowing hairstyle is the free MM board prize at Moon. There’s no need to join any group or wear any tag to participate. Also, the prize hairstyle is a full fat pack with all the color huds included.

Look to the Future

Well Hello Fab Free! This will be my last post for the year 2016. I can’t really say 2016 was a bad year any more than I can say it was a good one. There were amazing moments in this year and some heartbreaking ones as well. That said, I’m looking forward to 2017. The future appears bright and promising, I hope it remains that way. My sincere wish is that 2017 holds only joyous moments filled with love, laughter, and adventure for each and every one of you. Mush and sentiment aside, I do have some lovely group gifts to share with you. The first is a fatpack hairstyle from Pr!tty, the second a jewelry set from Bella Moda. Let’s get to it!

Pr!tty Group Gift Avery

The side-swept hairstyle Pru is wearing is a recent group gift from Pr!tty. To get this FREE gift simply join the Pr!tty group (it’s FREE to join) and check the past notices. There was a notice on December 25th that included a full fatpack of the Avery hair. In the package you’ll get the hair in two variations (one has heavier roots than the other) and all the matching color change huds. Additionally there is an adorable flower headband that I chose not to show. One thing I would like to note is that this hairstyle does have a little wisp that comes across the cheek. If you look close you can see where it cuts into Pru’s cheek just a tad. This doesn’t bother me really, sometimes it isn’t cut into the cheek at all. This will vary depending on your personal shape and or what mesh head you wear, so please keep that in mind. Otherwise I think this is a really lovely FREE hairstyle from Pr!tty.

Bella Moda Group Gift Martini Jewelry Set

I love the fun playfulness of this martini themed jewelry set by Bella Moda. This mesh jewelry set is a FREE group gift at Bella Moda. The Bella Moda group does cost 1 linden to join however. Also, the way the gift vendor works, you will be required to pay the vendor 1 linden then be instantly reimbursed.
