Man Of The Hour

Well Fabs, if you know me from the in-world chat, you’ll know I’m a cat person.  My Noodle (FlooferNoodle NutterButt)  gives me attitude 24/7 and generally I love that. 😉   That being said, every doggo in the world is pure love.  Now, Wren my have the lock on doggos for Fab Free, her little Gus is adorable and always by her side.  However, I have myself a new little guy I picked up as a free gift at Uber and I loves himz ♥  The post title is even a song by Norah Jones about choosing her dog over her man 😉

The Big Ten

Uber is celebrating their 10th Anniversary with a special round loaded with gifts!  You’ll see an area dedicated to shops that were in the first Uber and have returned for this one, and they have written a testimonial on a chalk board next to their booths too.  Uber is open until September 22nd, and most of the gifts are free, and no group is needed to get them!  (There is one gift that’s 10L and one that requires the free group though).  Look at what I brought home!

Is this me, sitting on top of a hearse looking foxy?  Well, yes, it appears that way.  I’m always inspired by something, in this case, it’s the massive pile of free gifts over at The Warehouse Sale.

Favorite

I have 2 favorite shopping events in Second Life, and The Warehouse Sale is one of them.  I love the creativity there, and how unique the items are.  And when they’re celebrating an anniversary —- ooooooooo —- the gifts are just as good as the shopping!  Let’s talk about all the things I have to show you:

Clearly I fell in love with these Kitsune ears from Tentacio.  I love the crystal earrings too!  They looked especially cute with my PADO hairstyle, with the added ahoge on top.  In Animanga the ahoge is found on a lot of hairstyles, always an adorable little curl or loop sticking up from your head.  This one comes in 3 styles and with a full color hud so you can match it to any of your existing hairstyles.  Adorable.

Many of the gifts over at The Warehouse Sale are unisex, and some are specific to male bodies too, so this is an event everyone should hit up!  It’s open until September 18th, so there’s no rush, thankfully because it’s been packed full every hour of the day since it opened. lol

What? You didn’t think I’d skip the birthday event for my very favorite weekly sale, did you?! Not a chance. This coffee and croissant run is dedicated to you, Fifty Linden Fridays.

The FLF events always have cool themes and this time it’s a whole summer camp vibe for the FLF Bday Bash. Well hey there Fabs!  I’m going through a phase, well, a throwback really.  Sitting here spending my day opening gifts and listening to the Violent Femmes, if you know you know!

Inspired

Clearly, I was inspired by some of the gifts and purchases I picked up at the FLF Birthday Bash!  This event opened on the 23rd and will continue until September 13th.  To celebrate, it’s an entire event stocked full of 50L offers.  In addition to all the 50L items, there are also loads of free gifts!  I came home with so much, but used a few in this post, here’s what I got:
