Mind Your Own Business

Have you ever had one of those moments where someone (who you’re not particularly close to) decides to poke their nose all up in your business?  Yeah, that happened to me yesterday.  I’m generally a gentle soul, and things like that end up upsetting me, rather than annoying me (or both, really).  So I’m channeling some of Ms. Aline’s attitude, and wishing I could borrow some of her quite pointed messaging to get through the barbs of the peanut gallery.

And Her Wardrobe

Anywhos – Rosary has a new group gift!  I’ve been in the Rosary group for a long time now, and they’ve recently changed the way they spoil their customers.  There’s a new group gift every month, as well as store credit too!  I think that this month’s credit may have been taken away by now, but my meaning is, it’s really a group worth getting into.  The Naomi dress is this month’s gift, and I just really love the sheer parts that play against the opaque ones.  It also comes with 10 different colours in the HUD.  The Rosary group is 500L to join, and you’ll find two other group gifts there while you’re at it.  I mean…they don’t match the dress particularly but check out the fuzzy slippers below that you can get there too!  I couldn’t resist wearing them.

My lovely dress is the latest group gift from Rosary.  I’ve been in this group for a long time, and gifts do appear quite regularly, so the join fee of 350L is pretty worth it in my opinion.  The dress comes with an HUD to change to 10 different colours, making it pretty versatile.  Don’t you love the little chain detail?

Ok, this girl is back in swimwear, and with good reason!  I’m off on the Amalfi Coast dreaming of gelato and blue lagoons and really nice shoes.  As I wait for my lunch to digest (hello, we’re in Italy…food!),  I’ll just sit here and wait for Raoul Bova circa Under the Tuscan Sun to show up.

Swimwear First

Everyone knows that shoes are important in Italy (well, everywhere…but ESPECIALLY in Italy).  You’ll need something summery, pretty, and completely impractical but that won’t kill your feet.  Not a big ask, right?  Well, thankfully for us Mosquito’s Way has us covered in their latest group gift.  The Alexis platforms cover all the bases and are just so darned pretty I wish I owned them in real life.  But I say that about every shoe that Camilla Limondi makes, don’t I?  The Mosquito’s Way group is 50L to join and you’ll find a bunch of previous gifts on the wall, enough for a whole new shoe-drobe.

There are days where you can feel exactly like brush strokes.  A bit of colour, a quick stroke here… but it depends on if you’re feeling like a Monet or a Da Vinci.  You know, a Monet from far away looks great, but up close, it’s all just a big mess.  What am I getting at, FabFree?  Well, who knows.  I just felt like my dress had brush strokes on it.  Sue me for having an incomplete idea!

I’m all about treating myself, Fabbies.  We all work so hard, focusing on our output, or what we need to accomplish, that sometimes taking care of ourselves falls by the wayside.  My bit of self-care today comes in the shape of a bunny macaron, because in my world, macarons can solve anything.  Especially bunny shaped ones!
