Country Girl

Hello Fab Free’ers! I’ve missed you! For the past week I’ve been out of town, getting a little work done and visiting family that lives too far away for me to visit often. I have to say it was a nice trip, but I’m really glad to be home. One thing that always amazes me about going back to small towns like the one I live in now and the one my family has always lived in, somehow, it always feels homey. It doesn’t matter how long I am away, how big the city I live in is, I’m always a small town country girl on the inside.

That said, the city girl in me loves the new SLF&O gifts from CandyMetal and Shoenique! The mesh dress from CandyMetal has a chic sexy feel to it. The dress is fully mesh, and I have to say both the pattern and the shading of the dress texture is lovely. I think it could easily go from a work environment, to an early dinner date. The dress also includes a matching mesh hat. The hat is very cute on, even though I chose to re-position it so that I could be holding it in my pictures. The Shoenique SLF&O gift couldn’t have been more perfect, these pointed-toe shoes are a real statement with the dress from CandyMetal. Also, just as a side note, these shoes do not require Slink feet. Now that I have my outfit all picked out, remember that little ramble I went on about taking the girl out of the country but not the country out of the girl? Well, that is why I chose this serene out-door setting for my main photo. I feel like a country girl all dressed up in her city-girl finest!

A day in the life with FFHQ

Dangerous Curves Hunt (Part 2)

Happy Weekend Fabulous ones! Today I have another installment of the Dangerous Curves Hunt coverage. The Season’s Hunt – In Bold Colours

I’m back to show you a few more from The Season’s Hunt!  Again, this hunt ends on October 29th and you are looking for a pumpkin icon.

The bold colourful Tangram Blazer below you can find at The Secret Store. This also comes in a men’s size. The Laced Autumn Crop Top under the blazer is the prize you will find at Kyoot and it comes in a pack of three colours.  The hair I am wearing is Falling Slowly from Shag.  It comes with a bangs option or no bangs.  Both are really nice, but this is the bangs option.  My Oh So Gawdy (that’s the name, not my description of them!) Earrings are from Pididdle.

You can also find some nice home furnishings in this hunt, such as the rustic style Art Dummy And We Fall Bed that has a few single sitting and sleeping animations.

Christmas Rush

Pididdle’s Pumpkins

To celebrate the new Pididdle store grand opening, there are five pumpkins hidden around the shop.  The pumpkins will be hidden until November 5th and then they turn to mush, so find them now!  This is a super quick and easy hunt!
