Hello, fabulous readers! Since my last post, I’ve been busy searching the PurpleMoon store for the awesome gifts in their Cherries on Top Hunt 6 – and boy am I tired! Thankfully this cute cafe at Paris Je T’aime was still open so I could grab an iced coffee and rejuvenate. 😎
Ten delicious slices of chocolate cake – each containing a gorgeous, free prize – have been hidden around the PurpleMoon and Wetcat main stores. The Rules:
This hunt is free and open to the public (no group membership required).
The object you are looking for is a SLICE OF CAKE WITH A CHERRY ON TOP (like the sample located at the entrance).
To receive the gift, simple touch the cake. You will be given an object that can be worn to unpack.
The prizes have funny names – no area search allowed!
There are no hints given, as all gifts are in plain sight. Very easy to find and this is more for the fun of it than anything else.
The prizes have been hidden at the GROUND LEVEL of the MAIN STORE (9 of them). Not upstairs. There is one extra prize to be found at Wetcat main store. The balloon decorations are an indicator that there are some cherry cakes hidden in that room!

Since I was showing so much skin in the second outfit, I decided to add this pretty heart and butterfly tattoo, which is a group gift from Nanika (free to join). This isn’t a difficult hunt – since the hunt objects are hidden “in plain sight” – but I’ll admit that it did take me a while to complete (I think some of the hunt objects didn’t rez because the sim was very full). And believe me, they are NOT kidding about the “area search” thing. Don’t even waste your time searching for “cherries” because you will wind up on a wild goose chase looking for decoys. Yes… I tried it (/me hangs head in shame). 😳

I just couldn’t resist grabbing a few more of those FREE drinks over at the PurpleMoon Cherry Drink Hunt.
My top is drink #5 and my pants are #6. Both are FREE just wander around the PurpleMoon garden area collecting the drinks. No clues but this hunt is designed to be pretty easy so you won’t need any. The drinks aren’t hidden.
My Anika top is mesh and included 2 versions a solid and a sheer version which you wear an included system layer bra with. I was daring and used the sheer version. My Heather trousers are also mesh and come with the belt attached. These pants are rather long and didn’t work well with my flat feet and I am not sure how well they would work with mid ones either. They look best with high feet and if you want your shoes to peak out you probably have to use a stacked shoe. I actually have heals on and most times you can’t see them. Both pieces have a lovely shimmer and of course can be worn separately.

Happy Saturday everyone. My Mom and I are going out for some girls night fun tonight, and before I start thinking of what I’m going to wear for this RL outing, I thought I’d have some fun and doll myself up in SL for the very same thing. Any excuse to put on something pretty, am I right? LOL.
If you head over to B!asta, you will see that they are part of this years Dirty Turkey Hunt. The gift you need to find, is this lovely sweater and skirt combo called As A Feather. Both pieces are mesh, and while they are obviously made to go with each other, each piece would be great for mixing and matching with other items in your inventory. I had to include a shot of the sexy low back on the sweater, what a nice detail. B!asta is stop #22, and the hint for their prize is : Omg, one of these lights just stared at me – with turkey eyes!! If you hadn’t already guessed, I am a nail polish fiend. Both in RL and SL. Lucky for me, Alaskametro’s monthly Facebook gift for November, is a set of Autumn coloured, glittery, nail appliers. You get appliers for Eve, Maitreya, Omega and Slink, in this free for all gift. To claim it, you need to head to Alaskametro’s Facebook page and look under the promotions tab. Copy the keyword, and then in world, head over to the store. Stand near the poster of the gift, and type in /33 KEYWORD, with KEYWORD being replaced by what you copied from Facebook. I have to say, I had a hard time deciding which colour to show off.
As for the beautiful skin I have on, Niska in Pumpkin, with pretty orangey lips and eyeshadow, is a L$75 special that you will find at Lumae. It was supposed to be part of Lazy Sunday, but Lumiya forgot to apply for this last round, oops! So she decided to put it out at the Lazy Sunday price anyways. As with all of her skin specials, it comes with every applier you could possibly think of, along with several tattoo layers for things like freckles and cleavage. You have until November 21 to get this lovely skin at this price.
