I missed all of the partying yesterday evening. I found this cache of Irish Whiskey sitting there so lonely with no one watching over all of it. What’s a girl to do? Luckily I found an empty stein and set forth on tasting said whiskey. Guess I might have done a wee bit less swilling and more tasting. At least I look perfectly attired in a shade of green (and it’s not the color of my face!).

It’s the Chun dress with a green texture on white that is reminiscent of the Blue Willow china pattern. While out wandering with my sheepies today we came across this serene little chapel in the woods. That old hymn, “Bringing in the Sheaves” popped into my twisted little brain and I started singing “bringing in the sheep.” My Ickci sheep can be testy at times and sometimes just plain baaaaahhhhdddd. See the one on my left jumping in the air – I can’t take them anywhere! I’ve been trying to herd them into to chapel for a dose of redemption. Wish me luck!

I confess. I had a SQUEEEE moment when I saw the gift dress from Kai Design in Aline’s Fabulously Free in SL Group Gift post. You may remembering me mentioning that I love Asian style clothing. This one is right up my alley. Not only is it beautiful, its deliciously elegant and sexy. I think that’s the main reason I’m so enamored with Asian looks.
If you were to look only at the high neckline you’d think the beautifully textured Chia dress is demure. Alas, au contraire mon ami! That’s the only demure part. Little ties hold the dress together above the waist high slit on the right. Autumn is definitely my most favorite season of all. I enjoy each one but I love fall so much! I chose some great gifts from the Uber 8th Anniversary that gave me fall vibes to share with you today. Let’s start with this adorable crop top. A little tiny for cool fall weather but its great when the days are still warm! This top is the gift from Osmia. It comes in the print that I’m wearing and fits Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya and Reborn.
These super comfy leggings are from ElvenElder. I love how they are so long that they cover part of the feet! They fit Legacy and Maitreya bodies and include a fatpack HUD that has 21 color/texture options!
What is fall without a candy apple?! MadPea releases some of the coolest stuff and this is their gift for Uber. It comes in 3 flavors and each one can be held in opposing hands. Hmmm…maybe I should have eaten two.

These lovely earrings are from Heartsdale Jewellery. The included HUD allows you to change the dangling jewels between 12 unique choices. They are unrigged so can fit almost everyone! Unless you’re super tiny, then you might fall over from the weight.
Amara Beauty’s gift is the makeup. The lipstick and eyeshadow both 6 color choices and can be worn at 100% or 60% opacity. It is BOM for Lelutka Evo X.

It’s another Fabulous Friday readers! I get to play in SL all day because in addition to the heat wave the monsoon season has arrived. Not really monsoons but lots of thunderstorms; it just feels like a monsoon. In addition to my shopping errands this morning I did a bit of exploring and found a serene harbor in a sim named Midnight Oasis. I haven’t explored the entire place yet but what I did visit is stunning. Everywhere you turn there are magnificent Mediterranean vistas and many places that photographers will love. I highly recommend a visit.

Cheeky Wow! started a new round on July 7th. Many of the booths have at least one item for $69L and several have freegifts. One of my long time favorite designers, Shanti Bohemian, has a booth there. My carefree top and skirt, the Poppy Bohemian outfit, is Shanti’s $69L offer at the event. Its the kind of outfit you want to wear when you feel like twirling around because you’ll look so darling. The lovely texture on it is very detailed.

Hello, Fab Free! I hope you are having a fantastic weekend. I decided to spend some time today exploring the Whispering Windz sim. If you are looking for a lovely place to visit, I’d highly recommend taking a journey there yourself. It has meandering paths that work their way through a beautiful fall landscape. Before my idyllic afternoon, I picked up a couple of free gifts that I am excited to share with you.
But First, Lipstick
I decided to check out the 18th Round of MIIX Event this morning, and I’m so glad I did. Right at the landing zone, there is a free gift set out for members of the Hype Events ::: News and Offers ::: group, which is free to join. The Make Me Matte Lipstick Set from Opulein is compatible with Lelutka Evo and Evo X, Genus and Catwa HD Pro mesh heads. It features two creamy shades, pink and taupe, in BOM appliers as well as a tattoo layer. I opted for the blush-colored version, but either one will leave your lips looking lusciously soft. ‘Tis Bat Season
I am a kid at heart and look forward to October 31st every year, so I decided to get my Halloween vibe going a little early. Over at Mister Razzor Body Shop, I joined the group for just 10L and picked up a free ear tattoo as a group gift. It is comprised of a small cauldron of bats – or is it a colony? I am not exactly sure, but I call it adorable! Created exclusively for the Lelutka Evo X mesh head, this gift includes a 100 percent version as well as a lighter 75 percent option. I love how it is playful the design is!

I always look forward to the 60L Happy Weekend Sale, which runs Saturday through Sunday. With a very reasonable price tag of just 60 Linden dollars per item, you can pick up some wonderful additions to your SL wardrobe without breaking the bank. Today, I scored the Jola Dress from Meva. With ruffled short sleeves, a laced bodice, and a flirty hemline, this ebony frock is ideal for early fall, and I have to say, the color is perfect for October. If you toss in a witch hat and broomstick, it could even double for a Halloween costume. The folder includes versions for the standard and petite Maitreya mesh bodies.

Over at [The Forge], I found another Happy Weekend offering for just 60 Linden dollars – a pair of over-the-knee stiletto style boots. They look like they were tailor-made to coordinate with my new dress. I really like the added detail of the golden buckles, which contrast beautifully with the buttery soft leather of the footwear. Fortunately for me, my avatar has no problem maintaining her balance on the slender heels of these curve-hugging boots. I opted for black to coordinate with my dress, but you can also find the Hellen Boots in seventeen other colors (each sold separately).
