When I saw this dress by AtaMe at the Halloween Shop & Hop, I just knew I had to get it and wear it in a photo. The lines have such *movement* that it was begging to be photographed! Oh did I mention that it is one of the absolutely free gifts that you can get at Shop and Hop? No group required! I seriously fell in love with this entire look! It comes with a HUD allowing you to change metals and colors on the dress. It fits:

For some reason too this dress made the song “Fame” pop into my head. Originally by David Bowie, but I love the more upbeat version done by Duran Duran. My Mom used to *love* David Bowie (yeah she was cool!), so she might argue with me on that point. Gosh I miss her. (by the way, not to be confused with the Irene Cara song Fame that I sang in a show when I was a teenager, that’s a whole ‘nother song!)
But I digress. This photo makes me wish I had a fancy ultra modern house and some fancy couches I could hang this photo up on the wall over. I do have a cute sl house, but it has very little wall space and while it is rather modern-ish, it is also very cabin-ish, so not the right look for my photo. If I hadn’t just got this house recently I might go hunting for one to match the picture because well, as Aline also knows, one can never have enough houses! Nor reasons to get houses. 😉
I better stop thinking before I go looking at houses. But it might be too late to stop that part!
Well, hello there, FabFree. I want you to know… I resisted for as long as I could. But the Spooky Season is upon us. And I must embrace it! Especially when I find such wonderful spooky things at the Shop and Hop.
My gorgeous get up is “Morgana” from Malified. Now this is a new to me designer but I am so impressed! All the things in their Shop booth look just as awesome as this ensemble, I had a hard time not emptying my wallet right there! I’m glad I took the time to look around because there were several other free gifts scattered around to find. Morgana comes with everything you need even the shoes and stockings!

Then I found the perfect accessory to complete my look. This horned crown, called ‘Bella Donna’, is from Narcisse and it’s their free gift. You can change the size and position as well as change the color of the roses and the pearls. It looks like it was just made for me!
The Halloween Shop and Hop runs until October 31st so you have plenty of time to explore it all!

Plus a hunt, look for the black and pink hanger in the designer’s booth. All hangers can be bought for 10L each. 100% of the sales from the hangers go to charity.
