Happy Bunnies and Eggs Day Fab Free! I hope you’ve been able to enjoy the weekend. I’ve got a few fabulous group gifts to share, so in the spirit of the day, let’s hop to it!

As a special gift, Carol G sent out this adorable bunny tattoo to her store group members. While it’s perfect for Easter, it would be just as cute any other day of the year. This fun little tattoo is an Omega applier, and can be found in the Carol G group notices. The Carol G group has a one time join fee of 150L and there are several group gifts available at the store.

Speaking of group gifts, Pru’s outfit is one of the many free Fabulously Free in SL group gifts currently available. This free gift is by Mooh!. You can get yours at the Mooh! main location just by wearing your Fab Free group tag and clicking the gift vendor. This two piece outfit comes in several sizes and has a color change hud that lets you pick from preset colors. The hud also allows you to color the skirt and top separately. The Fab Free group is also free to join, so don’t miss this cute freebie. Oh, and before I forget, there’s an alpha layer as well so the outfit will work with classic avatars!

A Waltz into Darkness

Oh hi there Fab Free’rs! I’ve got some awesome group gifts to share with you. In my last post I celebrated the sweeter side of all the love and mush that comes along with Valentine’s Day. For this post I am feelin’ a little sultry, though I think that goes without saying. I picked up the recent group gift at Speakeasy along with the latest group gift at Dead Dollz. I hope you love them as much as I do.

The Dead Dollz Group Gift – If you’d asked me a week ago if I ever saw myself wearing pasties of any kind I would have said probably not. Just goes to show you never know! These pasties with the little hearts are just too pretty. There is of course a matching lower part, so I’ve added a copy of the vendor ad so you can see the gift in full. This gift is fitted for Maitreya Lara bodies only. Included with this Dead Dollz group gift is a color change hud that lets you choose different preset colors for the hearts and the pasties. You can also turn the pastie portion invisible so that only the hearts show. To get your copy you’ll need the Dead Dollz group tag. There is a one time join fee for the Dead Dollz group of 250 linden.

The Speakeasy Group Gift – I love a good full sleeve tattoo. This new group gift at Speakeasy is just that, a good full sleeve that covers from the shoulder to the back of the hand on both arms. This group gift from Speakeasy comes in an Omega applier only. To get your copy you’ll need to join the Speakeasy group. There is a one time join fee of 100 linden, however there are several group gifts currently available.

The Valkyrie

 

Hello hello Fab Free’rs! I had so much fun with this look, and it’s almost entirely gachas and group gifts. Sometimes my favorite part of Second Life really is just playing dress-up. I think Pru looks like a fearsome angelic warrior or a Valkyrie from Norse mythology. For details about each of the freebies and cheapies that make up this look just keep reading!

The Wings – These steampunk inspired wings by Rezology can be found on the Marketplace for just 1 linden. They are modifiable so they can be resized, recolored, and even moved around so the gears and such show on the outside of the wings rather than the inside.

The Tattoo – This group gift tattoo by This is Wrong is unisex. It is a fully body tattoo of intricate geometric lines. It reminds me a lot of art deco style line work. The gift includes several appliers for both male and female mesh bodies, and there are 3 color options. The This is Wrong group is just 50 linden to join.

Hi FabFree! I have exciting news for you if you like tattoos. Carol G‘s group is free to join right now! There was a group notice sent out a few days ago that the group will be free to join for three days…so by my rough math, I think that today will be the last day that it will be free? I’m not really sure, all I know is that it’s free right now so join quick before it goes back to being a paid group! I’m assuming that it will go back to 150L because that’s what it was when Love showed off this super cute tattoo recently. (which, by the way, I want and don’t see among the gifts…if you see it somewhere shoot me a comment or IM and help a girl out) ANYWAY, what I’m trying to say is that I know nothing except that Carol G tattoos are fabulous and you can get a bunch of free ones right now.

I’ve been feeling inspired recently and this group gift tattoo from Immodest brought out the feline side of my personality. I don’t have an answer as to why, except that there’s something primal about this tribal-inspired tattoo. I’m also grateful for a little down time during this unusually hectic week. The leg tattoos Pru’s showing, and the strappy crop top are both group gifts currently available.

Speakeasy has this beautiful leg tattoo as their January group gift. The tattoo comes in 3 shades (faded, worn, fresh), in a couple of appliers. I love getting new tattoos in SL almost as much as I do in RL. Not to mention Second Life tattoos are painless and easily changed, and easily removed! To get your copy of this highly detailed tattoo from Speakeasy, you’ll need to first join the Speakeasy group. There is a one time join fee of 100 linden to join the group. Next up, this cute little cropped top is a current group gift at a new-to-me shop called “A Breakfast Combo.” This cute little top is one of a few group gifts currently sitting on the ABC (A Breakfast Combo) circulation desk. Just look for the line of black gift bags, it’s the first one on the left. The gift includes the “Cake” top in black, blue, creme (shown), pink, peach, red, white, teal, purple, pink, navy, mustard, and grey. No hud needed, so no scripts, and each color comes in a few sizes. I think having no scripts and several color options make this a perfect wardrobe staple.
