Packing it up for the weekend…

I need a little getaway to put my mind at ease and to get a bit of stress relief.  So I hooked up the Airstream and started driving. I found a spot in the High Desert to camp and listen to the beautiful sounds of silence. With just the wind in my face and in my ears, it’s easy to relax here.

Fab Free Designer Friday – 04/27/2017 – Aphrotdite Shop

I hope you’ve all enjoyed your Friday thus far. Today’s edition of Fab Free Designer Friday focuses on a whimsical shop called Aphrodite. This playful shop centers around cute furniture, seasonal items, decor, and landscaping materials. The Aphrodite Shop is nicely decorated and landscaped, so in addition to any shopping, it’s a pretty spot to look around. At the landing point is where you’ll find the wall of event and group affiliation information.

Oh Hello! I’ve missed you Fab Free! After a much needed vacation, I’m back and happy to be here. Today I picked up the Fifty Linden Friday offer from Clawtooth and had the opportunity to pick up a few items at Wertina before they close their doors forever. Saving the closing sale for last, this whispy hairstyle from Clawtooth is a FLF must have! The hairstyle comes with an Essentials pack with a wide range of natural hair colors. It’s always a little bittersweet when a shop leaves Second Life. I just yesterday found out that Wertina will be closing soon. Unfortunately I do not know when the actual closing date is. In the  mean time however, everything at the shop is marked down considerably. I did a bit of shopping yesterday evening and most of what I saw was priced between 10 and 35 lindens. I picked up a small handful of items, including this sweet floral nightgown. This little mesh dress is just 5 lindens and comes in standard mesh sizes. There are a few colors to pick from as well. At Wertina you’ll find women’s fashion with everything from jackets and shoes to dresses. Needless to say, you won’t want to miss out on the opportunity to grab some great bargains.
