Lost Hearts Hunt ~ 25 FREE & Fabulous Gifts!!!

I love me a good hunt, but I really don’t like hunts that are just too hard.  I mean, really, who has all that spare time???  I loved (LOVED) the Lost Hearts Hunt located at Valentine Island.  There are 25 easy to find prizes all over this very well decorated Valentine’s Day sim.  There are lots of places to take pictures; lots of places to picnic, dance or play with your SL partner!  But, what’s the BEST part you ask…well, everything is FREE!!!  No group is needed :-). You have some time to get there, but definitely don’t miss it!  The hunt lasts until February 20, 2022.

I don’t want to spoil the hunt for you…so I am not telling you where any of these little hearts are located, but, they aren’t overly hard to find.  They are FREE, so just right click and buy for 0L.  Don’t try the age old trick of looking up under Creator because the amazing creator, Tayren Theas, has created pretty much everything on the sim, so you will have beacons everywhere :-). Tayren has been on the grid a long time and designs for SL Ballet.

 I’ve featured a few of my favorite FREE gifts in the picture above, but, truly, I spent 20 minutes just trying to decide.  The Asian Teahouse comes with furniture and plants (not pictured).  The ladies pajamas match the Men’s boxers (also not pictured).  This chess set that I am standing on can be PLAYED!  The Fountain behind me has running water.  The couple’s tree comes in three versions (Spring, Winter, and White Flower).  There are also adorable Valentine’s chalk posters (not pictured).  The list goes on and on.

Stopping off for a Cold Drink

 

I decided to make a stop along my route for nice cool beverage. Thought maybe my old bike the Rusty Rucky from 777 motors needed a rest as well. However, I didn’t have to worry as this amazing bike which is part of this week’s 60L weekend sale runs really well. With a great quality and awesome driving menu, James from 777 is at the top of his game with making amazing vehicles. He participates in several of the weekend events as well as some of the major events. That is because he is so good at what he does. Make sure to run over to  777 and grab this bike which comes in several different style options.

As I tell you more tales about great items, I am slurping on this slushy from Junk Food. Another item in the 60L weekend sale. it comes in a full pack with 10 awesome bright colors with a bento hold that can be used by male and female alike.

I just finished my slushy and noticed my reflection in the window of the Convenience Backdrop from Crystal Poses for the Saturday sale at 75L. While my hair, from Volt Hair is a bit a mess it was also only 60L from 60L weekend.

The Tattoo I am wearing is  the Akuma tattoo from Dappa which is a free Store gift with a free group to join. Though there are several great group gift options available, this one is my favorite by far. Lastly, My  pants also come from the 60L weekend and are available in several colors at DECISION. My Very Happy Weekend!

Yes! Its the start of another amazing weekend which means, not only is it time for the end of the work week, its time for the weekend sales. If you are one of those who thinks that all of the weekend sales only cater to the ladies. You are sadly mistaken. After Work Gift Run

 

I just got in from a long day at work and had to figure my way home through snow up to my waist. I thought it would be a good day to create something nice and sunny and go for a shirtless run through the city to work up a sweat. Also to show everyone out there my first FabFree post. Looking for Adventure…

While Aline was at the Beach finding magic and relaxation… I was at Cytheria because I craved some spooky adventure (and a different type of magic). If you haven’t visited this cool photogenic hotspot, put it on your Bucket List. Between the skull infested swamps, the cottage with the dungeon, and the awesome castle – complete with … I think it’s a squid? you’ll be glad you went! It’s not the beach, but hey… a guy has to do what a guy has to do. Maybe Aline will join me on one of those days when she’s feeling a bit more wild! Like when she’s making onesies into fashion statements 😉

Before I headed out for adventure I stopped by i.mesh to pick up the newest group gift. The group is free to join and the gift is free as well. It’s a Good Month.

It’s a good month…

April is a good month for men. You know why? We have the “For Him Hunt” just for us. I’ve already made a couple of stops and I have to say I’m pleased with the results of my findings. It’s like hunting down golden Easter eggs all April long… except the icon is a manly wrench. You can never have too many tools, I don’t care if you’re a guy or a gal.

I decided to show off this great shirt I picked up at Horr Menswear first, since the deep rich purple color and the fit are just superb. It’s a great casual shirt and goes great with a pair of jeans. It also comes in a large number of mesh body sizes to fit just about any of the mesh bodies out there. For just 1L this shirt is a steal of a deal. Speaking of 80’s Rock bands… while Aline and Love were have a conversation about Whitesnake videos, I was tending bar at Thames River Valley, and 80’s music just happened to be on the radio. Coincidence huh? I like the 80’s bands, reminds me of my childhood. Yeah, I’m old.

Would you believe that all those treats at that little Cafe that Love mentioned weren’t free after all? Oh no. They expected a smile in return. A smile. They were selling those sweet goodies for a smile, and I just wasn’t in the giving mood, but I wanted the goods anyway so I took that brownie. That’s how I ended up with a lifetime sentence to this blog… at least the uniform is free.
