We Dream in Colors Borrowed From the Sea

Hello there, Fabulous Readers!  The pupster and I spent some time this afternoon taking in the gorgeous ocean vistas over at the La Vie sim.  In this picture, Ripley is chatting with a pair of seagulls who were hanging out on a balcony overlooking the sea.  He so enjoys making new friends!  Lucky for me, he also likes helping me locate hunt prizes.  The sweet mini dress I’m wearing is one such discovery.

Life’s a Beach

Earlier in the morning, he and I hit the trail of the Life’s a Beach Hunt, and down at the Folds and Wrinkles store, he sniffed out the hunt object, a sandcastle.  I happily paid the 1 Linden dollar prize fee, then hurried home to try on my new outfit.    With a pale blue background fabric accented with lace flowers and a ruffled hemline, this dress is ideal for a summer date night.  It’s flirty, but still provides coverage in all the right places.  Realistic folds in the fabric add to its visual appeal.  The dress is made exclusively for the Maitreya mesh body, and it hugs all my curves beautifully.  I’m including a second picture below so you can see the front view of this adorable mini.  If you like it as much as I do, I’d encourage you to head to the shop soon because the hunt wraps up on June 30th.

Queen of the broken hearts

So tomorrow is the last day of the Cart Sale at The Wash. But don’t panic, you still have the rest of today and tomorrow to go wander around and buy as many 10L things as possible.
