A White Christmas

As soon as I saw Jumo on the FabFree Advent Calendar Listing, I was ready to run to the store. I discovered the calendar a couple of years ago and love the quality and look of the gifts the designer always generously leaves for everyone. The gifts are completely free and no group is required. Every day a new gift comes out. Some days it may be a bit late but all previous day’s gifts are available.

It Doesn’t Have to be Red or Green

It feels odd not to be wearing an outfit that doesn’t scream Christmas or the Holidays. This is another one that sparkles. The Aspen outfit is the Jumo gift from December 14th. It comes in three pieces: top, sleeves, and skirt. A nice hud with a variety of both solid and print colors & an assortment of metal colors is included. This is such a nice gift!

I have shown items from the Synnergy store group and the Instyle HoHo hunt in my last few posts. Doesn’t matter if you read them because I am telling you about them again. The Synnergy group is free to join and has a free gift for each day in December. Previous days’ gifts are also available. I’m posing in front of the Dark Christmas backdrop gift. If you’re into SL photography this is a great group to be. You’ll get backdrops and poses as gifts throughout the year.

My cute coffee cup reminds me of an old pose I once owned. It’s for those days where you want to just dive into a cup of hot cocoa. I got this on the Instyle HoHo Hunt for $25L.

The cute hairstyle I’m wearing comes from Sintiklia. The Yushu hair is still on sale for $50L for the FLF sale as of this posting. I don’t know how long it will be available at this price so run if you want it!

OK Fabs, I’m going to start off this post with the very important information.  There are free gifts AND a free hunt at POSH this round, and I legitimately do not know which gifts from my post came from the tree or the hunt.  All I know is that I collected everything and stuffed them in a folder and then put together an outfit!

I’m in a holidaze!

A lot of days I can’t keep up, so to clear my mind, I just got right to work.  I donned my new cleaning uniform and gathered my supplies, and went to the dirtiest place I could find (which was the laundromat at Missing Mile) and got to scrubbing.

Shopping Queen

When I was a teenager, I used to be called the queen of shopping.  At least by my mom, who wasn’t keen on my shopping habits.  Now I’m a bit more judicious with how I spend my money (I should hope so, seeing as I run this blog…), and yet I’m still the queen of something or other!

Oh Honey

There’s an event making its appearance on the grid today- the Reborn eBody Revealed event.  There are a bunch of designers participating (I haven’t found a full list) in this event celebrating the PBR update to the Reborn body.   So far, I’ve found the following participants:  Glitzz, Swallow, Ysoral, Velour, Astralia, Masoom, Blackstone, Tout le Corps & Secrets.  And of course the little fuzzy jacket I got on comes from MeHoney.  It comes with 20 different colours in the HUD and features some fun bunny ears on the hood that lies down your back.  This group is free for everyone with no group join required!  This event is running until January 6th – and if I hear anymore about it, I’ll be sure to update.

Christmas Tree Farm

When we were kids, Beachy’s Dad always took us to a Christmas Tree Farm, so we could choose and chop down our own tree.  It was so much fun as a kid, running through all the trees playing tag, climbing on their huge lumberjack playground, and then when we were exhausted and cold, warming up with some hot cocoa and cookies.
