Seriously though, when I put on this dress with the hair, I got such a strong Daenerys Targaryen vibe that I couldn’t help myself. And then, when I found the pose on the Marketplace for just 50L, well, it all just came together.

What’s the Secret?

I paid a visit to the Redeux event over the weekend and picked up this gorgeous dress by Junbug. The secret is that it’s FREE. That’s right, Adele’s Secret is a free gift for members of the Redeux in-world group.

The dress comes in 11 beautiful colors. Sizes are standard mesh only, XXS-L with an alpha layer.

Just for fun, I added the Medieval Tiara by LORIEN which I also picked up as a free gift at Redeux. It comes in only one size, but if you need to change it, you can always do an edit > stretch.

Netflix and Chocolate

Hi hi Fab Free’rs! What do you do when it’s 3am and you can’t sleep? Get out the chocolate, make some coffee, and binge watch something on Netflix. That’s what I do anyway. I also might do a little hunting in Second Life. Just recently the Sweet & Sour Hunt began, and there are several great shops participating. The Sweet & Sour Hunt is a dollarbie (1 linden) hunt which will run through July 15th. I picked up a couple of the prizes and am excited to share two of them with you today.

All things considered this dollarbie Sweet & Sour Hunt prize from X.T.C. Poses couldn’t be more perfect for someone like me. Aptly named “Netflix n …Chocolate” this pose is one of two Sweet & Sour Hunt prizes at X.T.C. Poses. This pose includes the coffee and chocolate along with the static pose for just 1 linden. That’s a steal of a deal if you ask me!

A Poet at Heart

Hello there, Fabulous Readers!  The other day, I received a message from Sere Timeless, telling me about the Poet’s Heart store.  I am so glad that I followed Sere’s advice and teleported to the shop, because I picked up this gorgeous Marisol outfit as a free group gift.

Romantic, Poetic Style

Featuring a multi-tiered maxi skirt with a generous hem, and a cropped top with loose sleeves, this outfit has a gypsy vibe that I just love.  Its color scheme of blues and aquas brought back memories of the beach glass I collected on the sand as a young girl.  While the top is constructed with a satiny, shimmery fabric, the skirt’s layers are decorated with a floral pattern that adds visual interest and texture.  Although there is no version specifically made for mesh avatars, by adjusting the alpha layer on my Maitreya Lara body, I was able to achieve a perfect fit.  To pick up a copy for yourself, simply head on over to the shop, switch to the Poet’s Heart group (it’s completely free to join) and click the vendor.  While you’re there, you might want to scoop up the three other free gifts for group members as well.
