Fab Free Designer Friday – 06/22/2018 – Alias!

Hellooo Fab Free! It’s Fri-yay or well, for a little bit longer it is. It is the weekend just the same and for that I am thankful. This week’s Designer Friday post is all about Alias Wear. At Alias Wear you’ll find an eclectic mix of casual ladies clothing. Think tops, jeans, cute dresses, and even some swimwear. I noticed lots of cute warm weather clothing. Also if you’re into breedables like KittyCats in SL, there are a few carts outside the entrance with fun little animals for sale. Otherwise, there are several freebies to be had at Alias Wear. You can see the Midnight Madness board from outside the store!

Alias Wear does have a free-to-join store group, however I did not notice any group gifts that were specifically for Alias Wear group members. I was able to participate in the current Midnight Madness board without wearing a specific group tag. To the right just inside the entrance is where you’ll  find quite a few other goodies at Alias. There are 6 Lucky Letter Boards that do not require a group tag to participate. I actually picked up a few of the free Lucky Letter prizes myself! In this same spot you’ll also find a few group gifts and their associated group, such as the Fab Free group gift. The free exclusive Fab Free group gift at Alias Wear is free to all Fabulously Free in SL group members. As always, the Fab Free group is free to join. Happy Shopping Fab Free!

A Sporting Chance

I’m not generally a sporty kinda gal.  Not gonna lie.  However, the World Cup seems to elicit some form of primitive sporting spirit in me (without getting into any particularly sporty kind of clothing – as you can see from my attire today).  Generally I cheer for Italy (Forza Azzurri!), but due to some unfortunate twist of fate that we will not get into, they’re not in the tournament this time around – so instead, I’m cheering for England, for some reason or other.  It’s probably because of the Fish N Chips or the Beatles, but anyway…. I digress!

True Colours

Alma Makeup have their subscriber gift out for this month, and it’s World Cup themed!  You can get a whole host of little face flags for free by clicking on the subscriber unit in their store (if it isn’t delivered automatically, click on the subscriber unit, then click on “history” in the popup – there are other free gifts to be had hiding there too!).  All the flags of the countries participating in the tournament are there, so go ahead and show your true colours!  This gift comes with appliers for Catwa, Lelutka and Omega.

Not Too Sporty

As I alluded to earlier, I always enjoy showing up for sporting events dressed completely contrary to what others dictate – so I think this dress by Pacagaia is pretty perfect!  It comes in a host of colours to suit your needs, and features a pretty daring plunge down the front!  You can get your own by joining the VIP group at Pacagaia which costs 100 Lindens  – there is also a free group to join with different gifts while you’re there!  Oh and, BY THE WAY!  There is also a 100L gift card in the box with this dress – how awesome is that?!

Falling For Fringe!

I don’t know what it is about fringes, but I am all about them lately and was so excited that Scandalize put these extraordinary Scandal Sandals out as a free group gift in FATPACK!  They are celebrating their second anniversary in Second Life with this special gift, and it looks like for a limited time until June 24th, the group is FREE TO JOIN.  It is normally 100L to join, and there are a ton of group gifts to pick up!

Didn’t They Tell Us, Don’t Rush Into Things

 

I was planning a different post for today but I can’t let Love and Nevi have all the fun with the SL15B gifts, now can I? I’ve only made it into two of the four sims so far but I’m super impressed with everything that I’ve unpacked.

Fringe, yeah!

These shorts! OMG There is lacing up both sides and of course the fringe along the bottom. I didn’t play with them very much because I love them in black, but the various parts are color change as well. They are free from Ascend at SL15B and are sized for:

I’m not a hipster…

…I just play one sometimes on FabFree. haha OMG I love these free glasses that AMD put out for SL15B sooooooo much. They are seriously adorable. Y’all I’m so gushy over these gifts that I can’t seem to find any actual adjectives. I’d like to think that I’m usually kind of, a little bit articulate but not so much today. Now all I can do is babble and throw out acronyms. I’ll have to let my picture do the talking.
