I’ll hold on to what I’m missing the most

Ahhhh can’t you just feel the sea breeze on your face and smell that salt in the air? Those are definitely some of my favorite things, but I’ll try to focus because I have exciting things to tell you about!

Today is a big day. Let me count the ways:

1. Two posts in one day! But maybe not really because I did the one from this morning last night. Still counts though.
2. On this day, 3 months ago, I did my first post for FabFree! Can you believe that you’ve been putting up with me for three whole months already? Yeah, me neither.
3. The Cart Sale starts today!  If you’re not familiar with this sale, it’s pretty simple. Just tp over to The Wash and you’ll see lots of carts lining the road, full of wonderful offerings. There’s clothes, furniture, decor, and so on…a nice little mix of everything. There are great designers selling things for 10L each, with some freebies sprinked in as well. What’s not to love?

My Favorite Flower

Tulips are my favorite flower. They are so pretty and happy and springy, I just love them. They were even my wedding flowers (RL not SL…I’ve never had a wedding in SL but that’s a story for a different day). So when I saw the lovely tulip pattern on this great maxi dress from baci, I knew right away that it would be my first post for The Cart Sale! It comes in these sizes:

A Wide Grin

One of my fave books of all time is Alice in Wonderland.  I love the whimsical hilarity and borderline insanity of it all.  Plus I also love tea parties.  You can’t say no to a tea cup and a petit fours!  I found a very à propos outfit to show off my love of all things Alice!

Grinning Like a Cat

I made my way over to the Garden of Shadows event and found a few freebies lurking about!  Moonstar Designs have put out this fringed front tube dress with the Cheshire cat grinning away on the front.  I love the Cheshire cat.  I wonder if there are many cats in Cheshire (ehehe)… I also found this pretty amulet necklace by Melt for free !  It comes in a whole bunch of different shiny hues that generally make me a happy person.  Head on over to the Garden of Shadows and find these fun gifts!

Pretty sunshine and a cute outfit…I mean, it’s not the beach but it’s still pretty great!

The whole kit and Caboodle

Caboodle’s store name always makes me think of that saying. I’m not really going anywhere with that…it just does. ANYWAY, this super cute top is the newest free group gift from Caboodle. It’s seriously sooooo adorable. It’s cropped just perfect and the texture is fab and the little flowers along the bottom are just the right finishing touch. This shirt comes sized just for Maitreya and Hourglass, and with a HUD that lets you change the color of the flowers, the trim, and the shirt itself independently. There are a bunch of pretty pastel shades and some of them have a really cool metallic kind of sheen to them. Caboodle is 50L to join and there’s a wall of really well done group gifts available behind the desk when you enter the store.

I’m an Urban Farmer

I don’t even know what that means, but it’s the name of these great pants that I’m wearing. My subtitles are really lacking tonight. The pants that I’m referring to are a free group gift from Loordes of London and the group is free to join. I popped over to grab the FabFree group gift sandals (which I’m not wearing) and came away with so much more. It’s the story of my SLife, but at least they were free in this case!
