There are oodles and oodles of gifts and sale items priced at $75L and lower. Some have even crafted special items for the shebang! You can scroll through the gallery.

After running all over the grid yesterday picking up goodies (there goes the inventory again, lol) I need a break. A lovely day on a beautiful sim is just what I needed for a relaxing Sunday. I love exploring new places when looking for a photo spot. What I do is open up the viewer’s search function and type in whatever type of place might fit my whim & hit enter. You’d be amazed at the places you can find to explore.

I never wear makeup in real life these days but I love to play around with it in Second Life. Makeup has been my newest collection obsession. There’s No Good Way to Say Goodbye

To a Great and Supporting Creator

As I write this post I can feel myself tearing up. .EscalateD., which is one of my favourite stores of all time, is closing its doors on July 31st, 2022. .EscalateD. was the first creator to support me as a blogger and I have had the privilege of showing their unique and beautiful hairstyles over the years. .EscalateD. has to have been one of the most generous hair creators to contribute to the freebie community over the years and the store will be missed dearly by her devoted fans. I hope that on whatever journey Dolphin Ayres embarks on after this that she finds great fulfillment and happiness in her RL and SL. ❤

Solaris

I am wearing Solaris today, which is my favourite hairstyle of all time from .EscalateD. It’s so beautiful. I love the detailing in the braids and the stones. This is a classic work from this wonderful creator. A quiet place

Good evening, Fabulous Readers. As I’m sure you already know, Second Life’s 19th Birthday is going strong and there are many many free gifts to be had at the Shop & Hop. Sadly, there aren’t many offerings this round for the men but I did ferret out a good gift from Vagrant. You may be forgiven for thing Vagrant has nothing for men as the booth shows only women’s clothing. But, at the main store there are some very nice things for the guys. While the selection is small, the quality is high and I thoroughly enjoy spending my free Shop & Hop 500L Gift Card there.

Going to Japan

The skies aren’t very pretty down in my neck of RL. So I decided to enjoy a frosty libation while visiting this quaint and lovely Japanese sim. It’s one of those places that’s good for your soul with peaceful settings, tons of waterfalls, and glorious flowering trees galore! What else is a girl to do on a rainy Monday besides do a quick post??
