We came out to watch the meteor shower, but seems it’s raining!  Thankfully, I have a brand new umbrella, without any leaks, to keep me and the pup dry while we gaze at the sky 😉

This past weekend I completed The Nature Collective Spring/Summer Hunt and came away with some amazing prizes.  This is a completely free hunt, but you do need to join The Nature Collective group to participate.  This is one of my favorite groups, because although I never have the time to participate in their events, there are many!  Trail rides, train rides, book clubs, inventory sorting parties …. you name it, they have it!  It also encompasses some of the most gorgeous regions in SL, and this hunt will take you to many of them!  These are prizes I’m showing you today:

21 And Invincible

It’s that time Fabbies!  Second Life is all grown up, and is finally an adult!  Second Life turns 21 years old today, and we are celebrating in grand fashion, as we do, with lots and lots of free gifts!  Happy Birthday Second Life! 🥳🎂🎉

Well, I certainly gorged myself on gifts!  Of course, I HAD to, because Porta and I have this nifty Fabulously Free In SL Shop&Hop Spreadsheet all ready for you, before early access even!  WHAT?  Now, we do kindly ask that when you’re sharing the spreadsheet, you actually share the blog post with the spreadsheet (not just the spreadsheet itself) because then it’s really worth the massive amount of time it takes to put it together. 😉

Overload

The Fabulously Free In SL Shop&Hop Spreadsheet has 4 different tabs, to sort it in any way you find most helpful, but generally, it’s in order of regions, and alphabetical, sorted by type of gift (male/female/unisex/dinkie/decor/giftcard) or there’s a tab with large pictures of the gifts if you’re super short on time.  We don’t recommend you gift hop though, these designers put in a tremendous amount of work to introduce you to their stores, so just plan accordingly and take your time.

Oh I love a good fun outfit, and I was so happy I could show this one to you Fabs!  It’s probably not the kind of design you think of when you say the name SWANK, but that’s where I found it, and it’s oh so whimsical.

Aline introduced you to the free  SWANK gifts HERE and then Juli followed up with an outfit that was just her style HERE, and I’m although someone else was originally going to blog this outfit, I’m happy I could fill in while they’re busy IRL, because it’s just my style.

Not so ironically, there’s an exact Phish song, the quirkiest band I know (except maybe Ween)  that was perfect for this post title 😉

I love the quirk.  This jumpsuit by 4U is one of the gifts at SWANK this month (and there are so many!).  It comes in this delicious fatpack of colorful textures, and of course, I picked the one of the crazier textures to blog.  First, I just love the shape of this jumpsuit, because I have one IRL and it’s so comfy!  Second, it comes with a fascinator, and I look like I just stepped straight out of a Willy Wonka movie. 😉     It comes sized for:

I picked up this free dress at MIIX from Beauty Style, it’s labeled a dress and panties, although could just as easily be lingerie?  Nonetheless it’s a full fatpack and you can change the colors on the material and the sheer panels 😉  I wore it out on the town regardless 😉  It comes sized for:

I love a good surprise, and that’s what I got yesterday when I logged on and saw a notice from Wings!  She said she had a surprise for us, and she was honest!

There are 2 new free group gift hairstyles out at Wings, one for the ladies and one for the men, although honestly, I put the men’s hair on and it’s adorable on me, and the ladies style is this adorable pony tail which could also work for men, so yay for unisex!

Don’t Rain On My Parade

I love the theatre.  My town has an incredible Arts district and I used to volunteer reading plays from elementary school children for one of our theatres to produce.  They would pick seven of them every year, and do short 10 minute skits, and then all the schools would make field trips to see them.   That was such a fun way to get kids inspired to act!

Flash forward to today, when I saw this gown that was just MADE for attending the theatre. So that’s what I did.  I went out to the Second Pride theatre district to catch a show.  The paparazzi was on hand and thought I was someone famous and important, all because of this gorgeous, glittery gown!

Hey Fabbies!  June is such a fun and busy month in Second Life, and if you blink, you may miss something!  Did you know the latest round of The Arcade is open?  Well, you do now!  I almost missed it as well, but thankfully I got a notice from Yasum that she’s at The Arcade so I found the shopping guide and knew I had to go.

Yasum has this gorgeous Ablah sheer jumpsuit in her machine.  It does have a hud to make the jumpsuit solid, or change the opacity between 20% and 30%.  The machine has 2 different rares, one is a fatpack of the jumpsuit, and one is a fatpack of my earrings for XL gauged Swallow ears.  I have been to The Arcade every day and won both!  Also included in the machine is a BOM layer to cover you under the jumpsuit and/or this beautiful gold tattoo and pastie set you can also score.  The pastie part of this tattoo set didn’t quite give me enough coverage to post on the blog, so I added some gold pasties I’d picked up as a gift from LMB that are still available 😉

Hey you Fabulous people!  I am having the time of my life this month, with all the awesome free gifts and fun things to see and do, not to mention all the color!  I popped over to the PO$H event and that did not disappoint either, there’s some free gifts, and fun and color!  I brought home a couple of gifts, and one was an unexpected surprise even.

Let’s start with this jacket, shall we?  This was the unexpected surprise! D0llz had posted a group gift for Fab Free in her booth and sent a picture to us (which is on the group gift section of the blog) but that is NOT the item in the box, this jacket is, and I adore it!  It’s got that mid-century vibe, but is adorned with rainbow hibiscus and color and love.  There’s a whole fatpack of different colors in the box, too!  It comes sized for:
