RL is kicking me in the backside this week (and last), so I was more than happy to have a little getaway in SL.  This new group gift from Blonde Queen screams tropical vacation to me, so I took off to a little seaside village in France and here we are!

I came to this village because of the colors of this dress I picked up.  The Heather top and skirt is the most recent group gift over at Blonde Queen and it comes in 3 colors.  Red (with blue and white flowers), white (with red and blue flowers) and this blue (with red and white flowers).  So cute!  It comes in so many sizes too!

Take Me Out

Well I’m ready to hit the town, but clearly I’ll have none of this Applebee’s business, I’ve got a taste for the high life tonight!  I’m thinking $100 bottles of red wine, a nice juicy filet, a little lobster on the side, I’m worth it right?  I did just get my entire outfit for free, so I can afford to splurge on a delicious meal, although if someone wanted to buy me dinner, that would work even better 😉

Show some skin!

I went to The Belleza Event yesterday, and found quite a few gifts.  Some of them needed the free Belleza group, some were set for 0L, and a few were set for 10L – so make sure you pay attention when you’re clicking 😉  I came home with some goodies, but my favorite is this ‘faux’ alligator skin dress!  Let’s talk about what I got there!

More Skin!

The other ‘skin’ I wanted to show you today is this Eejan Top Handle Bag in yellow.  It’s an ostrich skin texture and comes in so many different versions.  A clutch, a cross body, and a bunch of different positional holds in your left hand.  This is a group gift from Indigo, and the group is free to join.  Indigo makes one of my favorite outfits, and I’ve been hanging on to this bag waiting for the right dress to come along!

Well, I suppose I’ll head out on the town and see who I can find to buy me dinner, shouldn’t be too hard now that I’m all dolled up, should it? 😉

I just can’t stay away from the Halloween shop and Hop this year. So many goodies and fun things. And how can you resist free, am I right? So I headed back over to grab this lovely little dress from Blonde Queen.

Time to Get Cheeky

Summer is for hanging out at the seashore or beach. Any place with a breeze will do. I’m a water baby so you’ll usually find me hanging around a beach, a river, or lake. Before I set out for some shore somewhere I did a bit of hunting. Cheeky Monkey has two hunts running. Today I have a couple of the prizes from the Cheeky Beach hunt currently running on the Cheeky Monkey Hunt Region. Each prize on the hunt costs either $1L & $10L. You’re looking for a small purple monkey. There is a central location where many of the prizes are. Many of the stores also have prizes.

This evening I’m wearing 2 of the hunt prizes from Blonde Queen. Both the halter top & shorts are part of the Marnie outfit. Additionally you can find a pair of red shorts, a blue top, and a light blue top. Each piece is $1L. It’s got a bit of a retro pin-up vibe to it. It’s a great outfit for a quiet stroll on the beach or even a game of volleyball!

Chase Gobblers & Make Turkey Jerky!

It’s fall y’all! You could barely tell it’s fall in the South although we have had cooler weather. Something else we get to miss is all the brilliant fall colors so thankfully I can be a “leaf peeper” in SL.

Thanksgiving falls in the fall (funny how that works). Of course we need special stuff to dress for it. I hit a couple of hunts and found wonderful things to show you. The bestest part is that I spent a grand total of $3L!

Hey Fab Folks! I hope you had a wonderful weekend full of fun. I certainly did.
