Hello again Fabulouses! Pride at Home/Second Pride opened today with a bang running until June 12th. Though on the surface it seems like a huge party it’s actually all about raising funds for IGLA -EUROPE & BROADWAY CARES/EQUITY FIGHTS AIDS. If you click either of these links you can read about the work of these organizations and you’ll quickly understand why this is a fundraiser.

There is still fun to be had with DJs, dancing, shopping, several sims to explore, and gifts. And don’t forget sharing the love regardless of your sexuality. Love is love after all.

So Shady

The Shady Seasonal Hunt is back!  When you head on over to the Shady Valley sim, you’ll find that several of the stores are taking part in this hunt.  First, join their free group, then you can add the HUD (not that you have to, but it helps).  Then, head to each participating store to find the fuzzy little teddy that’s holding a heart.  Each prize is just 20L.  I’m in the prizes from Seka (this sweet top) and Mug (the panties that just seem to go with perfectly!).  You’ll find all the other prizes listed in the HUD as well.  You’ve got until February 16th to pick ’em up!

Another round of Fifty Linden Fridays is upon us, and Truth are participating again this week!  Excitemeeeeent!  The lovely Trinket hairdo comes with several different styling options and a very extensive hair colour HUD.  You’re sure to find something that works for you.  There are two locations where you can nip off to get this hairstyle:  HERE and HERE.  If you don’t get in right away, they have kept it out all weekend in the past, so perhaps the same will happen this time!  Fingers crossed!

There’s not much more I love in this world than puppies and horses.  Seriously, I could leave nearly all the human race behind and be on an island of puppies and horses, I would be one happy chickie!  Honestly, I talk more to animals, plants and inanimate objects than I do to other people most of the time!

Sticky Sweet Heat

It’s hot out today where I am – the kind of sticky hot that makes you uncomfortable in pretty much anything you wear.  Luckily, Ms. Aline Passiflora is the unflappable type who can get away with doing insane things like wearing patent leather and latex in 35 degree (Celcius people…Celsius) weather, while nonchalantly holding a handful of sticky candy that by some miracle has not dissolved into an unfortunate goo in her palm.  What can I say, she’s a pretty cool customer…. ahem.

Back to SL18B!
