Alright y’all, I am packing it in today and there is no time to waste. No fooling!
Fooling
Well there *is* definitely some fooling, but not from me. You can count on 100% sincerity from me even on April 1st, and that’s no fooling. April Fools Day makes me really happy on the ol’ SL grid. From the fantastic new EYE catching logo Firestorm has going on, to all of the awesome things popping up all over, it’s just so much fun. Hopefully you’re able to keep an eye on the inworld FabFree chat because they’ve got all the details you don’t want to miss.
One I definitely couldn’t miss, is Salt & Pepper. Maybe I’m a little bit gullible but I still think I look downright hot in last year’s potato sack dress. This year we get a free 300L giftcard! Just activate your group tag (300L join if you’re not yet a member) and click on the sign in the store. But in true Salt fashion, it won’t be simple. The sign with the Russian nesting dolls should clue you in on her little joke this year. When all is said and done, I was left with a free 300L giftcard which I used to buy this sexy and shiny dress. I’m not sure how long we’ve got to grab the gift, but it needs to be unpacked and redeemed by April 15th. Once that’s done, you can wait as long as you’d like to spend it.
The Truth
Mr. Hawks didn’t play any games with us, although SL did by making his new group gift poof for a short period of time over the weekend with a sim rollback. But order was restored and you can now grab this amazing new free group gift at Truth – Moment. It’s a fatpack of a high messy ponytail that reminds me a bit of his Curious style – another of my favorites. In addition, the group join fee is down by 50% for this weekend only to celebrate 100k VIP members. The notice says “this weekend” but it’s still like that at time of posting, so if you’re not a member RUN to Truth to get in for only 175L while you still can.
This Is…Sparta?
This is Wrong has rebranded for the day, to This is Sparta. Good times. I’m wearing the current free group gift because it’s really great, dark undereye makeup with three versions and fresh/faded options of each. There’s also a free 300L gift card today which I hesitate to mention because it’s only for the first 300L people to get there, but definitely worth having a look for. The group is free to join and the giftcard (if it’s still available) and group gift are both free.

I’m not sure how long my cute bunny PJs gift will be up, but I’d scoot over there soon. This adorable one piece PJ set – and the uber adorable bunny headband are the latest free gift over at Ohmai! The super time sensitive item in this post are my earrings. Kumiho is having an Easter egg hunt for Easter egg shaped plugs for all of the gauged ears.
