The FabFree @ 15 birthday bash is well under way! I am loving all these posts from my fellow bloggers. Have you picked up all the gifts yet? I finally got through the list last night. Had to grab a few of the 15L and exclusive items as well of course. There are so many amazing designs! I immediately fell in love with this outfit from Meander/Me. It calls to my inner Vintage girl.
This adorable little number is called the “Sail On” outfit and it’s only L$15!!! It includes the dress, hat, gloves and BOM tattoo. The gloves are bento and fit for Maitreya and Slink hands. So FabFree has turned 15!! I remember back in the day when I was SL poor, I used this blog to find beautiful clothes to style my avatar. Even though I am earning lindens, I still have FabFree in my favorites to find gems that I would not have found on my own. Now I am so excited to be a part of this great institution to bring you all fabulous finds from all over the grid.

I’ve been looking for a reason to blog CyberFactory for a while now, and I definitely found one today, with this fantastic 25 Linden Tuesday offer! There’s something to be said about indecisiveness when it comes to clothing. I couldn’t decide what to put on today, mostly because I’m clearly spoiled for choice. Belle Epoque is hosting a hunt! And….ugh…it’s sooooooooooo pretty!
Three for One
I love when a store decided to put on a hunt absolutely crammed to the gills with goodies. That’s exactly what’s happening at Belle Epoque right now with their Summer Hunt. Each item is just 10L, and it’s really fun to kind of mix and match and put looks together. I grabbed numbers 6, 14 and 30 at just 10L each, and I had a blast making my looks. This hunt is running until August 31st, so you have plenty of time to visit, grab some fun things (look for the little kitties) and then come back again later for more. There’s something rather therapeutic about feeling sand between your toes. I often think that our connection to the Earth is not as strong as it once was (obviously… we live in artificial environments most of the time… and if you’re reading this blog, you’re a citizen of a virtual world!), so that feeling of earth between your toes has a bit of a grounding effect. I know, this is all a bit high-falutin’ for someone walking on virtual sand, but let’s just go with the moment of deep pensiveness, yeah?
We’re Makin’ it Happen
I have to say that I’m so pleased with the way FabFree at Fifteen has been going (not to toot my own horn or anything). We’ve got so many great affordable and freeitems to show you to celebrate our 15th Anniversary, that it’s really fun to put outfits together to show you what we’ve got on tap. I’ve got two stops for you today: first is Ruxy. Ruxy always creates really lovely dresses and clothing, and this sweet flowery dress is no exception. It’s floral and flirty in all the right ways, plus it’s FREE! Just don your FabFree inworld group tag and click on the gift box at the foot of the display. My second stop was perennial fave Mosquito’s Way who has this sweet pair of puka shell anklets (sized for Maitreya, Legacy, Kupra and Reborn) out for freeas well.
