Summer Peace

Summer is all about dipping in the pool and grabbing a beer! At least that’s how I like to spend mine as it puts me in a peaceful state of mind. 🙂

My pretty necklace is a freebie at Belle Epoque. I was at the store spending the free credits Aline blogged all about here, and I stumbled on the Second Life Free’s and Offers (SLF&O) group gift at the store. The SLF&O group is free to join and the gift is the lovely Agar necklace.

Them Lips

I was trying to spend all my SL19B gift credits the other day and it was a marathon! I’m still not done spending. You can read all about the credits in my post here, which has been recently updated. I’m showing you what I bought at Nuve with my free credits today. I headed over to their mainstore and checked out their discount section, where I found a pack of smashing lipsticks. They come in two different packs. These are an HD applier for Lelutka Evolution, but they work great on my Lelutka EvoX head! Each pack costs 108L and you can use your credits to get both and still have some left over. These lipstick packs are a great deal and oh so pretty.

Feeling a Little Green

I really feel just fine…but that’s the only blog title that came to my head so I went with it. I’m definitely feeling green colors today! Have you been to the BUNDLES Summer Event yet? You still have some time because it doesn’t end until July 15th! There are lots of awesome gifts to pick up at this event. Here’s what I’m wearing from them:

• My cute little dress is a Kinky Pinky gift for only L$10!! It comes with an HUD with 4 color options. Also, it fits Freya, Hourglass and Maitreya Lara.
• The arm warmers are a gift from Tastic’s booth. They are FREE! And there are 12 pastel colors on the HUD. These fun little warmers fit Freya, Isis, Legacy/Perky, Maitreya Lara/Petite, and Slink bodies.

Another fun event happening this month is the Escape the Ordinary Hunt. It’s the 3rd year for this hunt and it runs the full month of July. My lipstick and cheek stickers are both items from Kitty Coven. The hunt object includes other makeup as well and is a whole L$3.

To a Great and Supporting Creator

As I write this post I can feel myself tearing up. .EscalateD., which is one of my favourite stores of all time, is closing its doors on July 31st, 2022. .EscalateD. was the first creator to support me as a blogger and I have had the privilege of showing their unique and beautiful hairstyles over the years. .EscalateD. has to have been one of the most generous hair creators to contribute to the freebie community over the years and the store will be missed dearly by her devoted fans. I hope that on whatever journey Dolphin Ayres embarks on after this that she finds great fulfillment and happiness in her RL and SL. ❤

Solaris

I am wearing Solaris today, which is my favourite hairstyle of all time from .EscalateD. It’s so beautiful. I love the detailing in the braids and the stones. This is a classic work from this wonderful creator. The hairstyle includes a style hud and a Universal Colour Hud in naturals and unnaturals colours, which work on all of the hairstyles sold in the store.
