Hey there Fabulouses! I’m just taking some time to myself after work tonight on my deck doing a little light reading, while it is still nice and sunny. I am SO glad that the summer months are drawing near so that I can enjoy the outside once again. Winter months are just awful here leaving in the dark and coming home in the dark!

This hairstyle called Deja was previously released as a group gift in the TRUTH inworld group (300L to join), and was previously blogged by Kathryn [HERE], but I wanted to give it a re-mention because it has been re-released as a Truth group gift in the updated colours and with the stylist HUD! Even if you have this gift from before when it came out, make sure you pick up the update in notices!
Siss Boom Has Me Tongue Tied
The wrapped top you see me wearing today is called Tongue Tied and is available as a free group gift to members of the Siss Boom inworld group. Are you ready for the fall? I love the autumn season with everything it brings: crisp days, caramel apples and… Halloween! One of my most favorite holidays. I’m getting a jump on the spooky this year at the Indian Summer Cart Sale at the Wash at Eluzion’s Cart. This is the ‘Shamira’ top and skirt and it’s only 10L on the Cart. I love the little pink skulls al over the top! Gets me right in the mood for Halloween. The top and skirt are one simple piece and has a good single alpha layer. The standard FitMesh sizes XS-XL as well as appliers for SLink, Maitreya and Belleza are all included.

Morning Shopping at the Wash
Good Morning, FabFree!
I don’t know about you but it’s an “I need coffee” sort of morning here. I was up late, maybe too late but a little coffee and a little shopping? Now that’s the way to start the day. I started out at the fantastic Indian Summer Cart Sale at the Wash and found this wonderful mini dress from Zanze. This is the Becca dress in cream I’m showing off. But it comes in several just-as-tasty colors and all for 10L each. The dress includes the standard Mesh sizes XS-L but it has no alpha layer. I found I actually didn’t need one. The dress fits perfectly! Just don’t forget your undies since you aren’t alphaed! 😉
Right next to the Zanze Cart is the always awesome Lindy Modern and Retro Shoes Cart. Lindy has put out a very nice loaded Cart this round with shoes for SLink feet and system feet. I picked the Yeva heels in nude to match up with my new dress.
Last but not least, is a new hair style to top things off. This is the lovely ‘Esra’ from Sentinus and it was one of the current free groups gifts. As of right now, the Sentinus group is free to join! Plus there is a nice selection of group gifts available, a free SLF&Os gift AND a great Hunt/sale going on! So don’t delay!

A Christmas Ride
I love all the winter scenery around the grid right now. Everything looks pretty and sparkly covered with snow. It really is kind of magical, especially in a virtual setting. With so many places to explore, I donned some boots, and a warm cozy sweater and headed out for some fun in the winter sun.
For starters when picking my outfit, I had to have this FREE group gift sweater from Hudson’s. It’s a beautiful shade of red, with a frilly lace “undershirt” for some added detailing. The undershirt is not a separate piece, however there are optional add-ons for the sleeves and the hem of the shirt to add some extra frill. There is also a system layer, and an Omega applier for the undershirt strap detail that shows with the off-the-shoulder part of the sweater. Additionally, the sweater comes in standard mesh sizes. The Hudson’s group is FREE to join as well, so no reason to miss this great gift!
I also picked up these cute wellies from SinfulSky on the Marketplace for just 1 linden! The rubber boots come in 3 colors, all of which have a cute bow in the back. The boots do not require any feet and include an alpha layer if you’re not wearing a mesh body. They are also easily re-sized and positioned. At just 1 linden, you’ll want to add these to your closet for sure!
This pretty shoulder-length hairstyle is a FREE group gift from Sentinus. The style is called Eleanor, and she includes a color change hud with 16 color options. The Sentinus group is also FREE to join at this time, and there are other group gifts available as well. I think my favorite part of this hairstyle is the hairline, gotta love the little details!
There are so many advents going on right now, I know it’s hard to keep up. I know I’ve missed a few days at some of the stores. If you’re a sucker for a cute mani/pedi like I am, you’ll want to make sure you check out the advent gifts at Hello Dave. Each day there is a new gift with a new polish/polishes. A Mermaid for Tuesday
I must down to the seas again, for the call of the running tide

I miss the beach… I think in some other life I must have lived somewhere near the shore. When I saw this ‘Mer Camisk’ from For Fs Sake as part of the 25L Tuesday sale… I had to have it. Not only is it a delightful outfit, but it comes with a ton of items. You get the net camisk, the bikini top and bottoms, the rope belt, armbands and thigh band with it’s little net purse of mer-treasure, the seashells necklace, PLUS two skirts. All for 25L but only today.
As I was putting my Mer-look together, Sentinus sent a note card with the perfect Mer- hair to complete my look. This is ‘Eleanor’ and it’s one of two hairstyle Group Gifts right now. Eleanor comes with a HUD with sixteen colors ranging from this pretty Mermaidy green to more natural colors.

Oh Welcome back Friday, you smexy beast, you! And welcome Halloween weekend!
I went Trick or Treating at the latest Fantasy Collective event and it was a blast. You just have to join the FREE update group then wander about and click all the pumpkins full of treats. There are just loads of great give – aways! Along with the Treating pumpkins and the booths with some of the best designers in SL… there are Gachas. I saw this wonderful Norse inspired Gacha at Sweet Lies booth and I knew I had to have it.
Völva, is a Norse Shamanistic Seeress who is a recurring theme in Norse Mythology. Sweet Lies has brought the magic woman to life with this collection. The three Rare dress and corsets are one piece and come with a HUD to change the texture of the dress and the color of the corset. When you zoom way in you can see the quality of this build. The textures are simply lovely. The common bag and fur collar come in three colors each. Go ahead.. zoom into that fur and count the little hairs. Gorgeous build all the way around.
