Wow! It’s been a hot minute since I was able to hang with you guys again! Did everyone have a good Thanksgiving if you celebrated it? We sure did! I ate way too much ( cause you kinda have too, right?) I was a little nervous my latest Hunt finds would still fit!

Since this is the last week of November, that means a bunch of hunts are winding down. But in case you missed these cuties, let’s take a look at the Thankful and Blessed Hunt!

This cute little matching skirt and top are from Ari-Pari. These are the “Georgia Gingham” set and it’s just 1L and a tiny bit of hunting. It’s certainly worth the hunt with a HUD for 12 colors! You can wear this one year round!

Grumble had the perfect shoes for my new dress and top. These are the ” Autumn Sneakers” and again they are just 1L and some hunting. I love ’em.

The Thankful and Blessed Hunt runs until November 30th so use your week wisely!

LaraX Goodies

If you’re like many others in SL right now, you’re scrambling trying to clothe your brand-spanking-new LaraX body. I’ve got a couple of goodies to show you today. If you’re ever followed the FabFree chat you have probably seen the name, Rowan Carol, telling everyone about freebies and cheapies. What you might not know is that she had an in-world store for a while. She recently reopened a little rOrO! shop to showcase items that are $25L or less with some updated for LaraX. And she has a Marketplace store!

After the LaraX release, Ms. Rowan decided to play with shapes and clothing templates she found on the MP. She came out with 3 shapes for LaraX. Those are Jovan, Britta, and Heather. Then she started playing around with clothing. She came up with a feisty red tank and a set of sweater skirts. Today I am showing off the Naughty but Good at it tank top. I paired it with the sweater skirt today (it has an 8 color texture hud) and was able to match the tank top perfectly. All of these items are sized for LaraX only.

Everything old is new again! Everything new is old! Such is the way with Second Life and today’s blog post is no different. Many people across the grid are trying on their new Lara X bodies, and looking everywhere for new clothes for it, but why wear something new when something old works so well?

So I looked back on the Fab Free blog and found this outfit has been blogged before – in 2012!!! (OK also in 2015) I just couldn’t help but bring it to you again, a decade later. See, often we recommend COCO Designs to new players, because she’s so generous with the gifts and can really add some classic staples to a wardrobe. Did you know, though – that COCO has a whole wall of FREE things that don’t require a group membership? If you head into her discount section, the back wall is full of older but beautiful gifts, and that’s where I picked up this overall & sweater outfit. This can be unisex, it’s not sized, and it comes with an alpha. I’m wearing it on my Lara X too!
