Sheer Attraction

Hey Fabbies!  June is such a fun and busy month in Second Life, and if you blink, you may miss something!  Did you know the latest round of The Arcade is open?  Well, you do now!  I almost missed it as well, but thankfully I got a notice from Yasum that she’s at The Arcade so I found the shopping guide and knew I had to go.

Yasum has this gorgeous Ablah sheer jumpsuit in her machine.  It does have a hud to make the jumpsuit solid, or change the opacity between 20% and 30%.  The machine has 2 different rares, one is a fatpack of the jumpsuit, and one is a fatpack of my earrings for XL gauged Swallow ears.  I have been to The Arcade every day and won both!  Also included in the machine is a BOM layer to cover you under the jumpsuit and/or this beautiful gold tattoo and pastie set you can also score.  The pastie part of this tattoo set didn’t quite give me enough coverage to post on the blog, so I added some gold pasties I’d picked up as a gift from LMB that are still available 😉

The jumpsuit comes sized for:

Each pull of the machine cost 75L so it right at our limit, but what a steal this gorgeous set is for 75L even if you only grab one color!  I wanted to add the key below, but it’s not letting me embed the link, so I’m going to link it HERE and you can look on FLICKR yourself.   The Arcade is open until June 30th, so plenty of time to play, but remember if you’re looking for rares, you may need to go daily 😉

I have no chill, so I’m just gonna run in here and blurt it out – Access is celebrating an anniversary!

They Say It’s Your Birthday

It’s wild over at Access right now. The event just opened today and even with premium membership it’s hard to get in. There are quite a few gifts set to the wrong group and even with my graphics turned down the place never fully rezzed for me. Wild, I tell you. But make no mistake, it is totally worth braving the lag…or playing it cool and waiting a few days, whatever floats your boat. That’s because there are loooooads of free gifts set out for the occasion. I went and I collected and I’m wearing these free things:

• Free dress from Aurica sized for Reborn, Legacy, Maitreya, and Perky with a HUD to change the color of the butterfly broach or remove it completely
• Free lollipop by KRR with 4 cute hand/arm poses to choose from
• Free lipstick by Deetalez, an applier of 10 amazing natural looking tints that’ll be perfect for everyday wear
• Free hair from Wings with a great style HUD and the brown color pack, but spoiler: it totally includes some great blondes too!

Just join the free Access group and collect the bright bluish tealish boxes tied with a black bow at each booth. There is a really wide variety of stuff included in the free gifts, but I typically blog things that you can wear and/or hold so here we are. There is tons of decor and I was impressed with how much guys stuff there is too. Totally worth a visit with the malt or ya know, people who actually use male avatars. Like I mentioned, it’s hard to get into now but the event lasts till July 8th so you’ve got plenty of time.

Hey you Fabulous people!  I am having the time of my life this month, with all the awesome free gifts and fun things to see and do, not to mention all the color!  I popped over to the PO$H event and that did not disappoint either, there’s some free gifts, and fun and color!  I brought home a couple of gifts, and one was an unexpected surprise even.

Let’s start with this jacket, shall we?  This was the unexpected surprise! D0llz had posted a group gift for Fab Free in her booth and sent a picture to us (which is on the group gift section of the blog) but that is NOT the item in the box, this jacket is, and I adore it!  It’s got that mid-century vibe, but is adorned with rainbow hibiscus and color and love.  There’s a whole fatpack of different colors in the box, too!  It comes sized for:

Hey FabFree, long time no see. I’ve been on little mini vacation which means…I’m tired. 😂 But between unpacking and hitting the hay for work tomorrow (not sure who’s bright idea *that* was), I just had to sneak in a quick visit with you. Naturally, I’ve brought along freebies.

I had a brief panic attack when I was away because I wanted to show you this great gift and I had a moment where I thought it might end before I got back. Ah, the life of a high strung freebie blogger. But it turns out that there wasn’t anything to be worried about, because you can go to 13Avenue and snag this free store credit until June 30th. It’s easy as could be – join the free 13Avenue group and click the “group gift 300L store credit sign” in the store.

That 300L will go a long way too; I was able to purchase both my dress and gloves. They were 179L and 115L respectively, so I was able to get both for free and still have a few L of free credit jingling in my pocket. There are lots of other options that also won’t put you over budget. This is the group gift for the month of June, so you’ll just need to make sure you collect and redeem your credit before the month ends.
