I Fancy You

Hey FabFree. We’ve made it to the weekend. Let’s stop to give ourselves a pat on the back and then on to the freebs and deals! I’ve got three stops for you today and I like each of them very much.

First

It started with the cute tee, so I guess that’s where we’ll start. Belle Epoque has been updating some gifts for other groups lately, and this time it’s the SL Frees & Offers group. The new free gift is this adorable top. It comes in a fatpack of colors and each color sports a different graphic. I went with this grey color featuring sweet little flowers but there is lots to choose from in the HUD. I will mention that it says it includes a rig for LaraX but there wasn’t one when I unpacked mine. But no worries, I’m wearing the one labeled PetiteX 1 and it fit perfectly with a couple of shoulder alpha cuts.

Second

I didn’t even think it was possible, but I managed to up the cuteness factor even more with this fun face paint that I’m wearing. I think that soccer is the big deal across the pond right now (even though they don’t call it soccer) so that’s what the gift is supporting but actually I just love the English so I’m here for it. I picked it up at Mango Milk, as a free gift for the free to join store group. It includes this flag for your face, some really cute matching nails, and a couple of chest tattoos as well.

Third

And as if that’s not enough, Glam Affair made me squee by joining in on this weekend’s Fifty Linden Fridays. The last thing my inventory needs is another skin but I couldn’t resist when I demoed that face. I would have literally died without it. Literally. Glam Affair offers up a full fatpack of skins, brow and browless, and with some makeup options for FLF. It’s a steal at 50L for all of that and the sale lists through the weekend.

Earl Grey For Me

This is going to sound like a complete fabrication, but I spent the afternoon cleaning my teacup collection.  Or maybe if you’ve been reading my blog posts for long enough you’ll say “oh, yeah that totally sounds like Aline”.  Anyway, since my extensive collection is now clean as a whistle, it’s time to put on a lacy dress and head off for a spot of tea in a rose-covered cottage.

Happily, the perfect outfit for just such an auspicious occasion presented itself to me today, and it’s completely free.  This frilly frock is a free lucky board prize over at Eternus.  It comes in a few parts, so the skirt, top, sleeves and choker can all be worn separately.  It took a little while for it to appear since the boards flip through 15 new prizes, but the prizes are all fabulous and you don’t need a group to get them.  Just wait for your letter to come up!

I recently joined the Poison Rouge group since I always seem to love the event gifts from the store. I was happy to see a new gift come out. This is the Kuroi Namida Kimono and she is a beauty. Translated to English, Kuroi Namida means black tears. No crying over this one folks. LOL Fabbies, I joined the Womenstuff group so I could do the hunt because of these EARRINGS by Kumiho.  She sent a notice with a picture a few days before the hunt, and I knew there was no way to pass it up, I needed them lol  Clearly, I was going to have to show them to you!  Also I’m very glad I did this hunt, I came away with a whole bunch of clothes I’ll be keeping, and a lot of it is sized for my Lara X!
