Oh Em Goodness, I am so completely obsessed – with this outfit, with this event, with how my photo came out – all of it. Obsessed.

Bleeding

I finally got all of my Bleeding Solstice gifts opened and tried on. It was a bit intimidating because you will come away with a LOT of free gifts from this event, but don’t let that deter you. If you’re into any version of the alt side of SL, this event is for you. Or if you like mountains of high quality freebies, this event is for you. Really, this event is for you. I kind of wanted to wear all of the gifts together because so many of them compliment each other really well, however I tried to rein things in so that you’d be able to see the specific things that I’m talking about. Free gifts from the Bleeding Solstice event that I’m wearing today are:

• Free blood splatters from CN, in a bunch of separate BOM layers in case you’re going for that subtle bloody vibe, and including some bits for the mouth and forehead that I’m not showing
• Free sword from Dark Agony that is so awesome and animated
• Free dress from Bemused in sizes for GenX, LaraX, Reborn, and GenX Curvy with the most amazingly cinched waist
• Free shoes from Reign sized for Belleza GenX, Belleza, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn in an enormous fatpack of colors

I figure, if you’re going to fight evil, which clearing I am, why not look sexy while doing it.

The Bleeding Solstice event has been going on for a couple of weeks now so you’ve probably seen the posts here that Beachy and Sky did on it. In fact, Sky is wearing the part of the SN set that I’m not, so be sure to check it out in his post here. As for the Bleeding Solstice event, it shuts down on July 7th. No group is required to collect the free gifts.

Yo Fabsters!  It’s June, which means the summer solstice, but it also means we are only 3.5 months from October, so let’s celebrate both!

Woah Fabs, you can not miss these gifts!  I went over to Bleeding Solstice, a Difony event, and the offerings are amazing and the gifts are plentiful.  Difony puts on these dark gothic type of shopping events, and there’s some great stores involved.  You can shop, you can grab a free gift at almost every booth and you can do a little hunting to be entered into a raffle for the fatpack of your choice from the event.  It’s another massive event that will take you some time, and it will be time worth spending.

I’m not salty

I might be underwater but I’m not salty today, not after discovering these incredible gifts.  I’m wearing 4 items I picked up at Bleeding Solstice and they are not to be missed.

I honestly can’t get over what an incredible gift this Mermaid tail is from REKT.  It comes in black, with the bright teal accents.  The transparency and bones inside are incredible!  Plus it comes with an AO!  If you’ve ever wanted to Mermaid without investing in a full tail, this is one heck of a gift.  I will be using this one often in addition to the one I own.

I was able to match my earrings perfectly because of the massive color hud LUOVA provides on all of her items.  If you want a store that offers a lot of options when you purchase, put LUOVA on your list.

Bleeding Solstice is open for a full month and will be open until July 7th so there’s plenty of time to make your way around, trust me, you’ll need it.  As an added bonus, no group is required to pick up most of these gifts, although I did join the free group for one. 😉
