Hey FabFree! Just dropping in to kick off the weekend with a couple of my favorites – group gift skin and FLF!

You’ve heard of Akeruka because they make lovely heads and often give them out as group gifts. In fact, right now you can find a pair of amazing gift heads in the store fully compatible with EvoX. The newest group gift at AK caught my attention though, because it’s a gorgeous free skin! If you’re not already in this group then you should be, it’s a no brainer to get in on such high quality skins and heads for a 150L join fee. This skin is honestly soooooo pretty, I’m in slove or at the very least slust.  The gift includes a wide variety of Velour skin tones, each with or without brows. I won’t go on about how much I love Fifty Linden Fridays, but my goodness it’s a lot. This week I scooped up this dress from Valentina E. I absolutely love Valentina E, because they make such classy and high quality stuff. This one’s a bit on the sexy side but still decidedly elegant. I do love a man’s suit coat as a dress, and it has the best backless style as an extra bonus that you’ve just gotta see. This pale blue shade is 50L for the weekend, sized for:

Sweet Summer

What kind of American would I be, without a completely over the top ice cream cone to kick off Memorial Day weekend? ‘Merica! Dots had my back with this delight of a dessert. It is on sale this weekend for Fifty Linden Fridays, at 50L per flavor. Picking a flavor was the tricky part so naturally I just went with this sweet Neapolitan variety to avoid having to choose just one. Problem solved. Get it while it’s hot…er, cold? This picture is so quintessentially vibe for an early summer day such as today. I’ve got that just slightly dazed look that comes with Friday late afternoon, after surviving an entire workweek of madness. That’s The Tea

Today I am desperate for those early morning vacation vibes. You know the ones, you wake up early and no one else is up yet. You miraculously manage to sneak out without a kid even waking up and insisting to come along. Out the door with your morning beverage of choice, you walk the block or two to the beach (because this is RL and who wants to pay beachfront prices). The tide is up and there’s no one in sight except maybe a beach jogger way out in the distance. It’s just the sea breeze in your face and the pleasant warmth of what promises to be a scorchingly perfect day later on. Yup, that is what I need right now.

I’m pretty sure I just made up my little sunflower saying there just now. Or maybe I stole it from somewhere, I don’t remember, but it’s mine now! Inspirational words to live by, by Allison. Lay Like This Forever

It’s that funny in between time, the week between Christmas and New Year’s when time gets wonky. A week that still contains parties and presents, but also vegging out and getting things sorted. I was genuinely surprised to see the Fifty Linden Friday list up on Seraphim this morning, that’s how out of it my concept of time currently is. But FLF is one of my favorites, and Glam Affair and Off-Line definitely knew just what I needed on a day such as today.

Laying Around

Does this picture look weird? I’m supposed to be like zoned out watching a movie or something. If I look dead or passed out, that was not my intention. lol Hopefully I’ve just been staring at it too long and you can just appreciate the pretty things I’ve gathered. Both for 50L from FLF I have:

It’s getting to be that time of year again where I can practically feel the hot weather slowly slipping away. Or maybe it just feels that way since school is starting again. Yes, I live in one of those part of the world. Time to do all of the summer time shaped things before it’s too late!
